The location was perfect. I mean you are in the heart of the town. The room was clean and well laid out. I wasn't a massive fan of the breakfast. I am gluten intolerant and the breakfast was rolled out with no choice so alot was wasted.

Stayed here for one night during our stay in Berat. The location is PERFECT! Everything is by you, the views are stunning. Staff super friendly. Only downside is you don’t pick your breakfast they just bring everything out to you, which is fine but there is a lot we couldn’t eat because my partner is gluten intolerant- other than that, fab!

Great views from our balcony room and possibly some of the best in Berat Room was comfortable, clean and very big. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. Hotel has parking out the front, but is accessed up a very tight, uphill road. Great location for exploring Berat though.

We absolutely recommend this hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly and very helpful. The location is unbeatable. The best breakfast we had in Albania (amazing muffins) and on top of that, the architecture and decoration are very nice. Comfortable and very clean room. We would repeat without a doubt.

My daughter and I had an excellent stay here. The hotel is family owned and run. All of the staff was very nice and helpful. We had a problem with our rental car, and the father, son, and uncle assisted us with the problem. The hotel is centrally located in Berat. I highly recommend it.

Stayed here for one night - loved it - beautiful view, everyone so friendly, amazing breakfast (banana, strawberry and Nutella crepe, eggs, plus loads more!). I left some stuff behind in the room and they contacted me straightaway. Really great value too and the town is beautiful

This hotel is a hidden gem, the view is the best you can have in Berat. The hotel is a little oasis in the busy streets of Berat (they also have a free parking lot). They staff is super friendly and there food is delicious would 100% book here again when in Berat. They rooms are spacious and they had a bed for our little baby of 8 weeks. The garden is perfect for a drink or a delicious lunch. One of the best hotels we stayed during our trip around Albania.

Friendly staff and well equipped hotel and restaurant. A bit difficult to reach and park so you’re requested to leave the car keys so they can move the cars around in the parking lot, they moved our car a few times and really did this carefully.

This hotel was one of the best we stayed in during our 3 weeks tour of Albania. Friendly staff, top location, nicely decorated and equipped rooms. Excellent breakfast and nice little garden to relax and enjoy the view. I wish I'd stayed longer.

We spent two nights in Rezidenca. Great value for money. The room was clean with balcony and nice view on Berat city. The breakfast was rich: fruits, juice, coffee, bread, cereal with honey and jam and you can choose between eggs and pancakes. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. On last night there we had desert (brownie with ice cream) in hotel restaurant and we were a little bit sorry that we did not have dinner in there as the desert was so delicious!

Nice hotel, good location in Berat, good to restaurant and very helpful friendly staff. Make sure you get a room with windows. They have a couple on the top floor with skylights however they are big rooms.

The entire hotel was absolutely gorgeous! The rooms with balconies give a spectacular view of the old city and the surrounding mountains. The breakfast room was also beautiful, the breakfast is served by a waiter with wonderful service. All of the staff were wonderful! The location is perfect for Berat, with everything in the old town within walking distance. The shower was amazing!

Spectacular hotel! The location is prime, there are markets, street food and museums all within walking distance and it is just a nice little hike up to the castle of Berat! The hotel is beautifully updated, clean and spacious. The restaurant offered us a fantastic option for lunch, we will gladly return next time we are in Berat

Pure awesomeness.We had the chance to get the room with the huge terrace. Beds were great and the shower too. It is close to everything and car parking is easy. The breakfast atmosphere is very peaceful and the breakfast tastes good. Thanks for the high quality of everything. We would come again if we have the chance !

The best place we stayed in Albania. The place was really clean and modern throughout, the breakfast was amazing, as were the views from the balcony. The walk to the hotel is along a back-alley, and we were a little apprehensive before we saw the place, but as soon as we checked in we loved it.

Great hotel, could say is the nicest in Berat. Really nice views from the room, i recommend the deluxe one as is on the top floor and has a huge balcony. Breakfast was very good also.
