Really nice burgers! We had the spicy burger and the Rockefeller burger which were pretty delicious. They have a very unique taste: smoky,fatty,saucy. We also had the sweet potato fries which were nice. Service was great and prices very fitting for the quality of the food.

Best service I have ever received! They come up to you to help you with your order. They have delicious vegetarian (vegan?) and meaty options. Easily the best burgers that I have ever eaten (and I have been to Shake Shack in actual Manhattan) and they definitely made mine and my Friends evenings on our short trip to Belgium. We even now sometimes still just talk about these burgers. There should just be a little bit more salt on the fries :) I strongly recommend that you should check this place out!

Food was good, but we felt tricked into ordering more than we wanted. We both ordered a burger and got asked 'normal fries or sweet potato', as if they were part of a menu. We planned to order one portion of fries, ended up with two thinking they were part of a menu, and paid for an extra portion we didn't finish. That's why we planned to order only one. In Country 4, Globally/2 why not the taste of meat, burger , bacon, and hygiene should be better? They can do better then that(2022). We believe that They will take care of our feedback. It was better before. the Quality of potatoes was also not the same this year, it was a good 2021. The quality is decreased. They can bring or chance some of their sauce. They should not use the sane cleaning textile for tables, they should use the clewn one after 20tables or like after per hour,to give an example. Employees are good 👍🏻

Sebastian, the guy who took our order, was amazing. Best Customer Service I have ever had in a restaurant. Very patience and friendly. The food was really good. The burgers and fries are amazing.

The second best burger place in the world in my opinion! The burger was juicy, the bun was soft and and lightly fried from the inside. Service is suuuuper friendly with an honest warm smile. We didn't wait more than 10 minutes for two perfectly prepared burgers. Definitely recommend.

Restaurant located in a busy street of Brussels. There are a lot of place to seat and eat (normal tables and high tables that you can see the street life). The staff is friendly and they speak English. The service is a bit slow (to order and to receive the delicious food). Once you order you can wait in the balcon for your drink. After payment you receive a device that will make noise once your food is ready to pickup (even if you dine in). The food was ready after approximately 20minutes, but it is worth to wait: the hamburger is delicious! The fries and home made lemonade are also good. After you finish your meal, the staff is comes by very quick to your table to pickup the empty plates. The restaurant offers a wet wipe to clean your hands. Highly recommended for hambúrguer lovers!

A great spot in brussles! You have a good tasty looking menu to choose from. You can customize the burger to you're own liking. The secret sauce was tasty and worth the try if you go. You order and sit down with a buzzer and wait for your burger to be cooked. The service was quick and friendly. They have a choice of a few deserts but after the burger and shake we were too full to try. You get a large amount of fries here too.

The staff was really nice. The hamburger awesome. The fries a bit cold. To me the weakest point was the drinks. A 20cl coke doesn't seem to match a nice burger. I would say a 33cl can is needed. Also the beer selection was a bit short.

Sweet potatoes (5euro) are not crispy --> Please go to Wolf to try the sweet potatoes there. I took a Gatsby burger (13.80euro) --> Mashrooms are disappointing, no added value. The burger meet is overcooked (see picture). Bread is too sweat but that point is just a matter of taste. However, the white sauce and fresh lettuce are good. Delta IPA + Spice Mix + Secret sauce --> Very good. Paying 1.20euro for a sauce and 5euro for not crispy potatoes make it not worth it..

Quiet Monday afternoon/evening. Person at the counter was so helpful and just lovely. Think they said to someone else that they're from Croatia? Didn't get their name. Greeted everyone and explained everything. Food was absolutely delicious. I had the manhattan I think (sweet bbq burger basically) and it was so good. So was there seasoning at the tables for the salt. Homemade lemonade and iced tea were great too. Its now on my bookmarks for next time I'm in Brussels

If you’re craving a burger, this is a good spot and was also clearly a favorite with locals. We were traveling from the US on a long trip to Europe and had been craving a good burger. This was more than adequate and I think even in the States it would be a successful burger joint, with a few modifications. I like the different taste of Belgian fries but they need to work on the timing at this restaurant, because while our burgers were served hot and perfectly, the fries were lukewarm. Typically an American burger kitchen will put fries on a plate last before serving to maximize the crispy hot goodness, but it felt like these has been under a heat lamp for more than a bit. Also, we ordered a milkshake but it never came out with the food. I went to the counter and reminded them, and they apologized and said they would make it immediately. 10 minutes later it still hadn’t come out. We planned to just ask for a refund on the shake, but as we were finishing up our meal, a server came out with the shake and proceeded to bring it to essentially every other table before ours, even though we were in the spot closest to the kitchen. They did apologize when getting to our table. Unfortunately when we tried it it was already semi-melted. Not sure what happened. Bottom line: these are actually great burgers for a decent price, but I’d skip the rest of the menu.

If you want fast food with adventure spirit, try this place. I came to this burger joint because I wanted to have WiFi connection. But I enjoyed the food a lot (I had Gotham burger just because I liked the name and it was excellent). The bartenders are very welcoming and friendly, I particularly would like to give special mention to the blonde young lady who took care of my order, Ivana, she was extremely nice, had a shining smile all the time, and treated every client like they are royalty.

Lucky to find this spot in the middle of Bruxelles! Was walking around the middle of Bruxelles and suddenly felt hungry and was just looking for something that was opened to eat lunch and the place just stood out. Great service and the burgers tasted amazing. The meat was juicy and the combination of their sauce, bacon, and everything in the burger was just perfect. They also have tables outside so you can enjoy the weather when it is good.
