This hotel was not only beautiful, but created one of the most incredible experiences we’ve ever had. Their Team went above and beyond in every question, concern or ask we had during our honeymoon. We had a private pool which we woke up to every morning. We did a private cooking class with their chef and also did a mixology class by the pool. The breakfast every morning made it exciting to wake up early and start the day.

My overall experience at Capella Ubud was positive. The serene environment, coupled with friendly staff, made for a relaxing getaway. However, addressing the mentioned areas for improvement could elevate the guest experience further. The resort is situated in a stunning location with breathtaking views

The spa team was incredible to receive services from and they truly held nothing back to make the experiences even better. The traditional ceremony we booked was incredibly special and an honor to experience.

Very cool. The view is that TOP has no opponents. The rooms are also neat & clean. Facilities are also complete. The food is delicious and varied.

I had an injury nine months ago that flared up while traveling this past week. When I arrived at the Capella Ubud I was in awful pain. The lovely staff informed me that Franz - a master healer was in residence. They suggested I see him. The following morning I met Franz who is the kindest and most caring man. He asked me about my chronic pain & injury and after feeling my back & shoulder he said he understood what I was dealing with and he could help me. Franz explained how he would be approaching my healing. His calm presence & incredible technique incorporating energy work & massage had me out of pain by the end of my session. I couldn’t believe it ! As I had 2 more days at the hotel - I wanted to continue my work with Franz. He taught me a powerful breathing technique that really helped with my nerve pain & a final treatment that had be feeling so great, out of pain, positive & healthy ! I hadn’t felt this good in 9 months. Meeting Franz has changed my life. Little did I know that I was meant to come to Bali. - to meet Franz. Having a treatment with him is a gift. He is truly a master healer. I feel as though I’ve been reborn. Thank you Franz!!!🙏🏻
