The first cause was a dream of smoked trout, ballansed with jerusalem artichoke cream, pickled red onions, crisp green cabbage and a fantastic glaze. The Riesling matched the dish perfectly. Our expectations increased. The second cause was equally perfectly presented. The lobster bisque with chanterells, fennel, pea sprouts and crab meet. A beautiful chardonnay bound it all together. The heat and the subtile smokey flavour tickled our tastebuds. The main cause was another new invention. Lamb cooked to perfection on a bed of delights. Sweet corn puree, fresh berries, artichoke hearts, pea sprouts and roasted corn. The Rioja with body and dry long finish was a Devine match. A chocolate creation full of nutty flavours, caramel and crunchy nutts came last. The dessert was delicious and so was the Italian sweet wine. Thank you for a fantastic evening. We will definitely be back soon.

Don't know if it was due to short staffing and maybe Sunday was the skeleton crew, but they only had one waitress serving a couple dozen diners. My wife and I waited 25 minutes for drinks and her Ice was already partially melted by the time the it was brought. At this point we should've taken our money and run, but gutted it out.... and it wasn't worth it. My wife has prince Fisk that was a cod, asparagus sauce that was good. I ordered the Argentinian Striploin that arrived cold. At this point I was practically pleading for the check after glacial service.

What an awesome spot! It was a tip from a friend who lives here to come and enjoy Bjerck and yes we did. We had an amazing brunch and excellent dessert. Perfect late lunch spot and I can imagine that it’s even nicer for dinner. The best thing about this place, however, was everyone working there!

The portion is a bit on the small side but personally it was enough for me and my sister (sharing) the Avocado toast was delicious…only thing I didn’t like was the smoothie/granola. We were lucky to have one of these fine chef’s join us and educate us on the restaurants history and evolution of the menu. Sleek, modern, and dim lights. Our waiter was forgettable - I don't mean this disrespectfully, but certain service members truly stand out, and unfortunately, he did not. It's possible I misread, but it seemed like the morning wasn't going his way and he might have had trouble suppressing his feelings. Came here after a busy morning in Floyen to rest our feet and hydrate. This was a quaint little restaurant with a varied selection of local beers on tap, a short but well rounded wine list. We already had plans for an early dinner later that day so we didn't get a chance to fully try out the menu aside from some fries and bread which were great. The staff were kind and quick to service the table whenever it looked like we needed anything. Equally important, the bathrooms were clean.
