We
wanted
a
local
Norwegian
seafood
experience
and
we
found
it!
The
waiter
was
friendly,
knowledgeable,
made
good
recommendations
and
spoke
perfect
English.
The
Bergen
fish
soup
is
typical
of
local
cuisine
but
a
bit
too
creamy
for
me.
Really
enjoyed
the
oysters,
the
fresh
shrimps
(
will
come
back
just
a
plate
of
the
delicate
fresh
baby
shrimps
)!
We
really
liked
that
it
was
a
seafood
market
as
well,
which
meant
the
inventory
of
seafood
and
shellfish
selection
are
at
its
freshest
and
in
abundance.
We
were
told
that
it
would
be
a
hot
colder
because
it
is
in
a
glass
room
outside
the
market,
but
we
found
it
to
be
nice.
Just
our
toes
were
a
bit
cold
at
the
end
of
dinner.
Otherwise,
it
was
comfortable,
there’s
overhead
heat
lamps,
reindeer
fur
seating,
and
extra
blankets.
Good
idea
to
reserve
a
table
and
ask
to
be
placed
under
a
heat
lamp.
