A simple place. Food was just ok. Ordered a beef pho and sautéed veggies and shrimp. Noodles tasted very mushy and very skimpy on the vegetables. The other dish was very soupy with lots of liquid.

The food was tasty with single clean flavour for each dish. The portion was quite reasonable for the price. I had wonton soup with seven wonton in it. Very satisfied and would visit again.

Always perfect food, and incredible amounts. For 500 we usually get a meal for two, and leftovers for tomorrow's lunch, and two fresh spring rolls. It is small and you would not normally think much of it, just a restaurant on the corner, but it is one of those places where people come for quality food, knowing they will never be disappointed with whatever they get.

Zen Cafe is really worth not only one, but repeated visits. The food is very tasteful and the portions plenty. One item on the menu is very special and worth a visit alone; fresh spring rolls- with a sweet and thick sauce is soooo good!

Went for a quick lunch today at Zen and could not recommend more! The place was pleasant and clean and the people working there were friendly and helpful. :) I ordered the bun cha gio which was absolutely delicious— so many different textures, flavors and aromas in one dish! The spring rolls were so crispy and the filling inside was cooked perfectly. The noodles and vegetables added a nice fresh contrast to the spring rolls and lots of flavor with the sauce. I especially liked the chili oil and other sauces available on the table to use on the food although the food was seasoned so well it definitely wasn’t lacking anything. The lunch was a very nice sized portion also, especially for the price! Would like to come back and try some more delicious Vietnamese dishes soon:)

I reli disappointed with these so call “Vietnamese” cuisine. I ordered fried chicken noodles and noodles in sour sauce with spring roll. It is not a Vietnam style at all. Fried noodles is just a fried noodles, i cant see any vietnam style. That noodles in sour sauce is a joke, i guess staff are asian or Vietnamese. Traditional sauce should be sour and spicy sauce on side, what they give me is only fish sauce, i even needa put soy sauce n chilli to finish. One star is over-rated.
