I read all the comments here until I decided to eat in this place. To be honest, I didn’t expect such quality of food and service until I make the step inside. There is no any modern interior design or another eye catcher, - so you must trust the people meeting you there. And they are full of love and the food will be made with love. Such places are underrated, because in the modern world we forget what really matters. With every piece of served food, this place bring you back to the basics such as love, family, relationship and happiness. Be brave and open for the journey.

Friendly owner/cook/waiter from Paris. Servers what you want, and can cook a wicked pizza 🍕 to out hairs on your chest. Ask him for an extra hot one. Good pilsner not watered down, goes well with the pizza. Hose wine is OK 👍 but depends if you like the red and white they have. About 851 kroner for three pizzas, 3 beers and a white wine. Would go back there again and again

The restaurants looks run down,food is decent (fries are dry and the kebab is alright, fish and chips was bad, pasta was standard). The service could be better. The only good thing was the price!

Unfortunately the student offer (119 for Bolognese) is just available for takeaway, which doesn‘t make any sense if you would consume drinks and other stuff there. The portion was really small, the spaghetti were overcooked and the sauce didn‘t really taste like much. Can‘t recommend this place unfortunately…

The owner of this place is a legend! Ate dinner here in April with no one else in the restaurant. Felt like I was a local eating with some lovely men with great stories to tell. If you’re visiting Bergen, you can’t go past this place. Fantastic!

Great good and great service! My wife and I are from the US, and we stumbled across this place while finding a place to eat in Bergen. We shared a pizza which was definitely too big for both of us, but it was delicious. Highly recommend if you’re looking to partake in the European restaurant experience! The owner/head cook/waiter is one man, and he was extremely friendly towards us. Don’t miss this great place!

The food was delicious, we simply had to come back for the pizza, lovely atmosphere and the best service I could possible ask for, I strongly recommend this restaurant!

What a delight it was to go to this Local French/Italian Restaurant As South Africans in a foreign city, we were looking for a nice place to eat and found this restaurant on Google. The waiter was really friendly and welcome and so were the other Norweigan locals in the restaurant. The food was some delicious homemade quality food which was really enjoyable. We even got free dessert as a welcoming gift from the waiter and had some nice conversations with the waiter and the locals who came there for dinner. The restaurant is cheaper than all other restaurants and 10 times better. Would recommend this to everyone reading this review.

Very friendly, hardworking owner. You can see the passion in his business. Kind to our kids even on a very busy night! Food was excellent. If it is busy you can sit outside for a drink while you wait for a table.

Amazing gourmet food and spectacular service. Such friendly staff, very professional, great atmosphere, quick service. What more could you want? As two backpackers, we don't often have enough money to tip unless we are in a country where it is expected. We wanted to tip, but the lovely man that owns this place said he didn't want us to and he was just happy we were there. I had to hop on and write him a great review. So worth it.

The taste of the fish and chips is rather average. Price is reasonable for Norwegian standard. Service was alright.

Lovely pizzeria on the corner with a cosy kitschy vibe and GREAT stone-baked pizzas that are as big as the tables. Owner was friendly and welcoming and though it was a very cold night outside, the place was warm and inviting. If you like your pizza, don’t be fooled by the modest space and out-of-way location, this is a must.

What a nice discovery during our stay in Bergen. A lovely little restaurant serving very tasty Italian pasta and pizzas at reasonabe prices. The owner is extremely welcoming and the place has a friendly and authentic local vibe. We highly recommend!

Delicious food. My wife and I came here for pizza and left full. The atmosphere was wonderful. I highly recommend the pizza as well as the apple cake. You will not regret this decision. It was worth the .7 mile walk.

I'm very picky about pizza. This place could easily be the best pizza in Bergen. Plus very friendly service. Bonus- It was the cheapest filling meal I've had in a week.

Amazing place with great food and reasonable prices. A cool French/Norwegian guy runs the place with the best of the attitudes and moods. He cooks and serves the food all by himself, so chill and enjoy one of the most reasonable priced places in Bergen.
