Went in and the restaurant smelled delicious. It was also full— normally a good sign! We were seated within minutes and our waitress was nice. The food was delivered quickly to our table. My husband ordered the chicken gongbao and asked for it spicy and it was delivered and it was actually spicy— something that we appreciated and is a rarity here in Norway, haha. I ordered the roasted duck and was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. The food was delicious and at a good price point for here in Norway! This was surprisingly one of the best meals of our visit to Bergen, and I’ll definitely be coming back when I’m in Bergen again.

If you are gluten free make sure to ask for the gluten free white sauce, it is made of potato starch and chickenbroth and spices :) Lots of options +seitan foods. And also they have a super good vegetar wok that can be made gluten free 😊 NOMNOMNOM my favorite resteraunt in Bergen! Moderate price range- rice is included with meals. My fiance and all of his friends love this resteraunt as well, we always eat there when we meet up! ☺ Great atmosphere. They have finally put in an elevator, China palace is on the second floor! This place is a must when visiting Bergen. ☺😊🍴🍤🍣🍲🍛🍚🍙🍜 Best Chinese place I've ever been and I've eaten at roughly 25 Chinese resteraunts 😁 Service is lovely and always nice! This is my absolute favourite restaurant in Bergen. The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! Servers are also great. I'm glad with my friend who is local and guided me to this really nice Chinese restaurant at the heart of Bergen sentrum . Scampi i had 3 orders of them because it was tasty and fresh and not soaked with thick flour, and in house tea was really goo, in a teapot i think i had 4 cups more or less really enjoy my first lunch there. My friend ordered sweet and sour pork with rice and he did enjoyed it much. He told when he had hours of meetings and really hungry so he always dropby this restaurant. Price was right and waitress was accommodating .

They didnt bring what we ordered. The food was terrible (fish and chips for children). Spring rolls were tiny and with close to zero flavour. The more traditional dishes would maybe have been better, but what we had was very poor and pricy in that perspective. Staff was kind and welcoming though.

I had the shrimp - egg fried rice and it had the egg fried rice flavor I remembered from childhood. Fried rice is simple but there's a right way of doing it that many places in the U.S. where I'm from no longer do. My wife's kung pao was too salty because too much of a flavoring paste used in cooking was used.

All the food have the same flavor. We ordered 7 dishes, and they all taste alike. So only order two is pretty enough. After the food I asked myself "will i recommend this place to friends or would i want to come back here", and the answer was probably NO. It was just an OK place. Ordered Chicken noodle and fried rice with chicken.

Went here in 2017. We ordered a half Peking duck and also said the number of the item. When it was brought to the table it was already sliced up. Everything was kind of alright until we asked for the receipt. There we realized we've been scammed, because we apparently got served a whole duck. Since the duck was already sliced-up it was impossible to know that it was a whole duck (otherwise we would've returned it).
