Vegan options (-: I had the vegan Tom Yum Soup, which was recommended by someone else. This did not disappoint. Really savory and delicious , even a little spicy. Would definitely recommend this place to any vegan or vegetarian.

Fantastic restaurant. We came here twice in the three days we were in Bergen! The Vegan Tom Yum soup is amazing and the perfect meal after a hike or a long day. The vegetarian food selection here is great. The portions are large and the food comes out piping hot. I highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a delicious meal.

Amazing food, family run and home-cooked flavors. Duck teriyaki, Bun Thom and Pho and even the fried banana with ice cream was great, berry compote was a great touch. Recommend highly.

Food was so good omg!! We got two vegan dishes, Udon and lemongrass marinated tofu with rice noodles and salad (bun dau hu sa chay) and loved them both, super rich and refreshing taste!

We found this resto unexpectedly. Thua resto can be found on the way up to the akvariet. The place was nice and tiny. We’ve waited for like 15-30 mins in our order.it was worth it the food was good quite spicy yet tolerable. Good place for a nice weather. Enjoy.

Authentic high quality by my standards! (I'm not an expert when it comes to the Asian food map). But the various things I have tasted have been really good, kids also happy. Solid. Friendly staff.

First Vietnamese restaurant I have been to. Read review that pho is very good, so ordered that. It was ok, initially tasted good, but as time went by, was not my cup of tea. I prefer spicy food, and this one is not spicy at all. So couldn’t eat much of it. Must say the quantity is very big though. We also had the beef stew, it was also almost the same. Can’t say much about the prices as first day in Bergen. Both were 205 nok.

Nice restaurant with good service. The waiter was particularly nice. The food was ok, but as many other «authentic» asian restaurants in Norway, the food had a touch of the local Norwegian kitchen (i.e. «Toro suppeposer»). Note! The springrolls were something special, and highly recommended!

My boyfriend and I spontaneously decided to eat here yesterday and we were more than happy! First of all, it was pretty empty for a Friday evening - what we really enjoyed - because it seems that most people order their food to go and pick it up. However, we had a great experience eating inward. The female owner was really nice and the meals were just amazing. One of the best Phở we ever ate! The summerrolls as a starter were also really tasty and the roasted teriyaki duck I got was cooked perfectly, still soft with a nice crunchy skin. We would definately recommend this location for anyone craving authentic, tasty asian food! :)

We ordered the vegan summer rolls as starter, which were already pretty delicious. The tofu filling was really good and the sauce was superb. For the main course we had the vegan udon. Super good. But the we were most impressed by the vegan Tom Yum Soup. It really was the best dish I have ever eaten in ab asian restaurant. The broth was so full of flavour. I highly recommend ordering the Tom Yum Soup.

The best and authentic Vietnamese restaurant in Bergen. I have been there multiple times and it never disappoints me. You can taste that they care about their customers and the food they deliver. The veggies are always fresh and the meat are very well seasoned. The interior and stemning might not be the most invested, but would still go there just for the great quality of Vietnamese food.

Ordered Pha (Beef Soup), Scampi wok and chicken rolls. Very satisfied with the taste of food. Taste was different than Chinese and Thai food. Only negative feedback from our side is about rather a high price for two small chicken rolls. Beef soup was delicious. Recommending for something light and different taste.

Enjoy! Saigon has a well-rounded menu and incredible food. Just excellent. The front of the house is run by a single person as is the back of the house. Still friendly personal service. Highly recommend this place. I had the drunken duck. The skin was incredibly crispy. The duck breast itself was great. It was a bit spicy perfect for my tastes. They also have one of my all-time favorites pho. My partner had braised chicken rice recipe also exquisitely done. Highly recommend. The atmosphere I gave it a four because well it's a small restaurant. The service got a four only because there's a single person running the whole front of the house.

We were pleasantly surprised by this place — overall very tasty, and pretty authentic. Green curry was exceptional, shaking beef was very good (though smallish portion size), pho was average. Place is small, and decor no frills. Service was slow, but maybe just because they were busy (and the food was worth it). Value was good (for Norway), with most entrees 220-300kr. Recommend.

Absolutely fantastic! The food was delicious and very aesthetic. The decor is not only calming but koselig. The music is soft and relaxing. And the service is attentive and honestly incredible. I cant think of any bad things to say about the place.

The BEST dinner I have had since I arrived to Norway 2 months ago. The place was empty, almost closing time, but the owner welcomed us very kindly. And the food... WoW. I ordered the caramelized chicken, It was soft and super tasty. 10/10.

Super good Vietnamese food! Lots of vegetarian and vegan options as well. We loved the vegan springrolls, vegan tom yum soup and "the green meal" (also vegan). All very tasty and affordable. Very friendly staff as well!

Their vegan Pad Thai is delicious! And it is gluten free too. There is plenty of tofu in the dish and it tastes nice and fresh.

Mi Xa Xiu soup was excellent

Pho from this place was amazing! Lot of herbs, deep flavor of beef, very clear color. Would definitely revisit the place just for this soup. Shame they don't have draft beer though. Complimentary table water was offered with a meal without even asking for it.

One of the best Vietnamnese restaurant I have been to. We found the address by chance in google maps and we were surprised of the quality of the foods. My mum and I went twice during our stay in Bergen. The Pho was really tasty. It is rare to find good Pho like this outside Vietnam (just missing the herbs). We also tried different noodles and the desserts, great as well ! On top of that the owner of the restaurant was really cute. I definitely recommend this place.

Wonderful food and friendly service. I don't eat salad, ever really, but decided to order the mango salat and do not regret it! Very balanced dish, and the chili lime dressing really highlighted the shrimp and mango. If I had to criticize anything about it, it would be the mangoes themselves. A bit under ripe. Had they been a bit more ripe and sweet it would have been amazing. Still great food, and very reasonable price.

The first restaurant I want to eat a second time in Bergen, only represent my personal taste : )
