Had an amazing service from counter staff. This is heavens apart from UK McDonald's. Would recommend the reindeer sausage place right beside this though, it tastes awesome.

Nothing much to say about McD cz it doesn't need any justification for it's tastes and items. The service is very quick, the stuffs are well trained and well behaved. The seating capacity is very good, you can enjoy your food at the 1st floor.

I’ve received the worst service ever. Bought to burgers Big Mac and McVegan. Big Mac was without any lettuce and McVegan was super dry. Inside the building very dirty, everything is super sticky and the toilets are filthy. If you want to have a nice lunch don’t come here.

Very close to Bryggen & Floyen. Have good seating on the 1st floor.

Wonderful McDonald’s situated in the heart of the town in a historical building. Luckily was one of few places during bank holidays, so a burger for the breakfast at 8am before a long drive was well enjoyed.

I don't know why Google asks muy opinion on thid McDonals 🤣 i am a new crew member and I am working there! The service and the food IS the BEST because I'm learning to do so from them 🤷🏻‍♂️

Foods fine but this McDonald’s has the whole town inside at times. Always really busy here so plan on taking it to go and not dining in.

The first time I have had a McDonald's as they have gluten free option here in Norway. Really enjoyed the experience out with the family.

Bad experience. Bigmac had minimum amount of salat or any sort of vegies, was dry and the drink had more ice than drink in it. I've ordered 2 menus. Waited for about 25 min, which could be normal at that time of a day, but while waiting, the kitchen let out about 5 orders. Guy next to me had to switch his (I think veggie) burger twice to get the correct one. I didn't receive drink at first, had to go ask for it. Also the toilets were in bad shape. Never experienced worse McDonalds place

Have to give this Mcdonalds a 1 star review. They didn't add my filet-o-fish and missed one chicken wing in my order. It's basic things that the staff are getting wrong. Didn't realise the food was missing until we got back to our hotel which was 20mins away. Wouldn't recommend.

Ordered a 18 pack of chicken nuggets, got a mix of 10 spicy, normal and some sort of balls nuggets... It also took em 25 min to prep the food!

As this restaurant is settled in the old house, from the outside it looks amazing, inside it's like the others Mc's in the Europe. The food was great but the place was not very clean..

Well, it's a waste of old-school Norwegian building to have a McDonald's inside. On top of that: the service here sucks (sooo sloooow, sooo looooong waiting time) + it smells of homeless people.

If you have family and children don't go in this place. The usual McDonald's that can be found in every part of the globe, the people who work there are polite and kind... I gave one star because I think it's the worst place to go to eat, in the bathrooms there are only drug addicts who do of heroin while people eat. bathrooms completely dirty with blood and syringes everywhere, not to mention the junkie with the syringe in his arm who keeps you company while you're in the bathroom. I hope the police or the health department do something because the situation is really worrying.

The building architecture is of local tradition and the food inside is the of Mcdonald's traditional taste. Interesting!

By far, the worst McDonald's I've ever been to, and I'm from the United States. Mediocre food put together sloppily served by inattentive staff in a slimy restaurant where you slip on the floors.

Good location and rapid service. Upstairs seating is pleasant. Usual high price as you can expect in Norway.

This McDonalds was disgusting. Dirty floor even in the entrance. No option for any milk alternatives for coffee, no Oat Milk or Lactose Free options. Tap in bathroom was broken and dirty. We ordered coffee but I wouldn’t eat any food here.

I ordered take away Double Big Tasty bacon. When I was open it at home I saw that it was not double and without sauce in all. Not tasty in all. Do not recommend this place.

I didn’t get the sauce that I paid for and It took a long time to get the food. It was very bad customer service and a lot of junkies around the area and inside. It made the whole visit very uncomfortable. This doesn’t keep the high standard mc donalds is having in other places.
