We
had
a
reservation
on
August
2020,
but
because
of
the
Covid
situation
we
couldn't
entry
in
Norway
and
the
hotel
was
closed,so
the
hotel
changed
the
reservation
on
August
2021
(we
lost
one
day
because
of
this
change).
We
tried
to
go
to
Norway
on
2021,
but
now
the
hotel
closed
and
we
can't
go
there.
We
have
asked
for
our
money
and
they
said
"We
are
going
to
reimburse
your
money
through
booking.com"
(we
did
the
reservation
through
booking).
After
two
weeks,
we
phoned
booking
and
they
said
that
they
didn't
know
anything
and
the
hotel
is
not
answering,
so
we
lost
more
than
2000€
(we
booked
5
rooms
for
10
people).
I
can't
recommend
this
hotel
because
of
the
treatment
they
gave
us,
I
sent
them
lots
of
emails
and
they
didn't
answer
most
of
them
and
because
they
are
closed,
they
are
not
going
to
reimburse
our
money
and
we
can't
go
there
and
enjoy
our
nights
there.
As
a
customer,
I
think
the
situation
is
difficult
for
everyone,
but
losing
more
than
2000€
is
unacceptable
since
we
can't
enjoy
our
nights
there.
If
I
were
you,
I
would
reserve
your
nights
in
other
place
because
you
could
lose
your
money
as
we
lose
😔.Don't
book
the
hotel
please!Don't
waste
your
money!
