Our guide Regina was phenomenally fun, knowledgeable and creative about our route because one person on the trip wasn’t comfortable with hills. And instead of this ruining the trip for the rest of us, she figured out less steep routes and other places to go that were fantastic. The company was super nice and also rents really nice bikes which we did the next day.

After an appropriate briefing, Regina from the Bergen Segway team ventured with us to various hills and viewpoints despite heavy rain. We had a lot of fun and also got a great tour of Bergen. THANK YOU - Tusen takk.

Today we had a two-hour Segway tour with Tobias. The briefing was very good. Even though we had already been on a Segway before, the short introduction was very helpful. Then we went to several stations. Tobias gave very interesting information there. Since there were only two of us (my wife and I), the tour was even more beautiful/interesting. Thank you for the great tour.

This is a must do if you like Segways. We crisscrossed thru the city, the coast, and the higher streets of Bergen capturing some great photos on the way. WARNING: This is for seasoned Segwayers only, not beginners. There are cobblestones, gutters, steep inclines and descents. We absolutely loved it!!!!

First of all, thank you very much that it worked with a German-speaking guide. Then we were very lucky and there were only two of us on the tour, so we saw a lot and learned a lot about Bergen. Big thanks to Regina, it was a really nice and interesting tour!!!

Great team from Bergen Segway, who takes the time to give detailed instructions and later gives a well-founded, humorous and eloquent lecture on the city's history of Bergen. Thank you very much to Gideon and Hansjörg from Bramsche, Germany

Very nice experience and a great way to see Bergen. The guide was also very friendly, knowledgeable and fun! Riding the Segway is also a lot of fun. Just found it to be a little expensive. But would surely recommend doing it for the experience.

Lexine you were fantastic what a wonderful informative tour you gave today you were gentle in your instructions, the whole group sang your praises, the Segway were so easy to ride although not our first time but the refresher tips were great A must if you’re coming to Bergen one sees so much and travels so much ground we loved it and highly recommend this great outing

Surprisingly easy and excellent experience for us four beginners. The one hour training indoors built our confidence and we could later ride Segway through the Bergen roads and by lanes. We enjoyed the five star experience which is worth the cost.

This is such a fun way to get to see Bergen. Through this experience you get to see parts of the city you wouldn't get to see unless you were with a local and willing to do a lot of walking. If you're looking for something to keep your older kids engaged but, in a way that is still informative and historical this is is it.

Great tour and tour guide! We were able to see a lot of sights in a fun way. Felt safe the whole time. We even went to a local pool after our guide suggested it and it was fantastic. Definitely worth it, especially with teens!

What a fun experience! It was our first time on a Segway, and we all took to it right away. The instructions were easy to follow and once we went through a quick but thorough introduction, we were on our way. Our guide was extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The area was beautiful and the Segway made it easy to cover a lot of ground in a hour. Highly recommend for any fitness level.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Instruction on how to use the Segway was simple and easy to follow. They gave us ample time to practice before starting the tour. My son and I had a very enjoyable time on our excursion.

Fantastic trip around Bergen on the Segeways. Staff were friendly and safety aware. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the local area and was able to answer question that we had during the tour. An excellent way to see and learn about Bergen. Highly recommended.

Hosted by a very kind lady. We were a party of one deaf and one hearing person, and when we arrived, she explained that she would have been happy to set up a separate tour for us two so that we could translate the tour properly, but we managed. The tour covered a good amount of sentral Bergen, including some gorgeous Edwardian townhouses and a quaint path up to an overlook of the bay. The only problem we had is that one of our Segways went haywire on the cobblestones and tilted backwards, but that was easily solved by slowing down/leaning backwards. It's not recommended to take photos or video with a hand and drive Segway with another hand, due to safety reason. Overall, a fun experience that we would gladly book again!

We had a great trip up the mountain for our Segway tour! We had a great guide and it was a nice challenge to use the Segway with a great reward at the top. The wind was chilly and threat of rain but it was a great evening.

Regina, she is not only a guide but also an excellent trainer of segway . I loved the experiece. It is really cool. firstly i was scared. Later got addicted. During tour, Regina also gave us a birdview of city centre. We could feel that she loves Bergen❤️ so much. She knows her BERGEN's history very well. We could say this city is surly Honest, Pure & Raw.

We had the best guide! Regina was very personable, cared about what we wanted to see/know, and was very knowledgeable. Best thing we did in Bergen and couldn’t recommend it more.

Best way to see Bergen! Tobias was a great guide and was very knowledgeable. We had ample photo opportunities. He also gave us a great lesson at the start of the tour and we felt very confident using them.

Had a really fun time, travelled 5 miles around the city and learnt a lot about Bergen's history. Never been on a Segway before but you get expert tuition and get to drive around indoors before venturing out onto the streets. It feels very intuitive after a short while. 100% recommend this tour.

The Segways are fun, but the tour was very poor. The reason this review gets 2 stars is because the Segways are fun and an easy way to get around, but the tour and guide we had were terrible. I have done lots of Segway tours around the world as they are the most enjoyable way to cover a lot of distance and to get into places that other tours can't. This one was the worst of all of them by a long shot. The guide didn't know how to teach "how to ride a Segway" to people who hadn't been on one before, this led to a couple of crashes and one person was injured. The tour was "Bergen best views" and the guide didn't really have a plan/structure on what to see. At the very beginning he literally says "soooo, what would you like to see?" We went to literally 4 stops, the old fire station on the hill (this had a nice view), the train station and 2 statues in the city. That was it. The short story is that you would be better to hire one of the colourful scooters you see around the place, or get on the hop on hop off bus, and save yourself A LOT money. I don't know how this is the number 1 tour in Bergen, unless it is a tour of wasting your time and money. Not recommended!

Love love loved the Segway tour I had yesterday! Our guide Regina was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic - she was confident and friendly and helped me to feel safe on the Segway. Bergen is such a beautiful city - I cannot wait to visit it again!

We did the Bergen Segway - experience tour (2 hours) in early May and it was awesome. It was a group of eight of us, ages 25 to 63. Our guide made sure all of us were comfortable before going out. We experienced every kind of weather you can experience in Bergen (sun, rain, hail/snow) and we had a good time throughout. The views of Bergen are incredible and getting around different areas of the city was a lot of fun. We would highly recommend this tour.

Friendly staff, beautiful city, just the right level of difficulty for our group. We loved our Segway tour of Bergen, very convenient location for those arriving at the cruise terminal.

Excellent tour and a great way to see the sights (and a lot easier on the legs.) Get to practice first in a car park to learn to use a Segway safely but this doesn't take any time away from the tour. Guide was super knowledgeable and very helpful. Highly recommended

It was my first time on a segway and despite my initial fear of falling it was amazing! Sigmund did an excellent job showing off the city while getting the group to enjoy travel by segway in a hilly city. I completely recomend the company and the segway city tour.

Booked experience tour of 2 hours for today starting at 18h30. Because we were experienced the guide proposed us to ride from harbour center to top of mount Fløyen and back and as extra to Nørdnes park. Fantastic tour with splendid views and with a super guide and manager Gorik which also gave us great info and tips about Bergen. Super!

This is one of the things you should do when you're in Bergen. You'll get a great look at most parts of the city and the views. They provide you with a poncho because it rains quite often in Bergen. There would be some practice first to ensure that you can ride the Segway quite comfortably before heading out. And to be honest, it was quite easy. I didn't quite catch our guide's name but he was great. It was a great experience to sightseeing the city.

Pablo was the best guide. He stuck around in the rain and cold to take us out on a 2 hour tour of Bergen. I recommended you do the tour as one of the first things you do in Bergen so you get a great overview of what you want to go back and see later. Also, Pablo's tour was very informative about the history of Bergen and Norway.
