The
only
thing
good
about
this
hotel
is
the
location
and
the
rooms
were
clean(mostly).The
bed
was
comfortable
but
creaked.
The
room
was
warm
and
I
had
to
open
the
window
to
cool
off
as
there
is
no
air
conditioning.(typical
in
Europe,
so
opening
the
window
was
fine.)
The
downside
of
this
hotel
was
the
lack
of
information
and
check
in
process.
Please
ensure
you
know
which
building
you
are
staying
in.
There
are
2
buildings
with
one
being
connected
to
the
360
xhibition
shopping
mall
where
I
stayed.
When
I
arrived
there
was
a
contact
less
check
in
with
very
little
information
except
install
this
mobile
app
on
your
phone
to
check
in
and
use
your
phone
as
your
key.
I
could
not
download
the
app
and
stood
outside,
trying
to
figure
out
if
there
was
a
reception
desk
or
someone
to
call.
There
are
no
numbers
or
any
instruction
if
you
are
unable
to
install
the
app.
Fortunately
I
asked
a
gentleman
leaving
the
hotel
area
and
he
said
there
is
a
reception
desk
in
a
separate
building
nearby
connected
to
a
grocery
store.
He
walked
me
to
the
building
where
I
went
in
and
was
able
to
receive
a
physical
key.
The
only
instruction
was
to
leave
your
key
in
your
room
when
you
leave.
The
wifi
was
free
so
I
was
able
to
connect
with
no
code,
and
if
you
had
ordered
breakfast
it
would
be
served
somewhere
in
the
other
building.
The
room
was
small,
enough
for
one
person
and
the
bathroom
was
barely
large
enough
to
step
inside.
The
toliet
was
wedged
against
the
sink
leaving
little
room
to
tidy
up
after
and
the
shower
had
no
door
with
water
pouring
onto
the
floor.
It
was
a
terrible
design.
I
won't
stay
here
again
as
there
are
other
options
nearby.
I
even
tried
to
leave
the
hotel
early
in
the
morning
and
was
unable
to
exit/have
the
automatic
door
open.
After
walking
around,
I
went
back
to
the
door
and
found
a
button
to
open
the
door
in
a
very
out
of
the
way
spot.
I
should
have
looked
at
the
details
further
of
the
hotel
before
booking
but
I
booked
thru
a
3rd
party.
(The
posted
picture
is
the
building
where
reception
is
located
and
the
name
of
the
street
if
you
are
stuck
like
me.
I
don't
know
if
they
are
open
late,
but
the
entrance
looked
closed.
Just
go
into
the
grocery
store,
turn
right
and
try
to
open
the
door.
The
door
windows
have
a
black
film
so
it
appears
as
if
the
door
is
inaccessible.)
