Worst quarantine hotel ever. You get a negative or positive covid test at the airport - never mind. Everyone will be sent to the same room and even to the same floors

I had a pretty bad experience at this hotel because the attitude of one of the receptionists was very disgraceful, we stayed at this hotel a few days by renting quite a lot of rooms because we worked on one of the cruise ships. one of the receptionists insulted us and laughed behind our backs with Norwegian language which they think we don't know means. It's quite clear that they are laughing at us. Please correct your behavior, because not all people are stupid, we know what you are talking about. I hope the hotel management can fix this impoliteness, as a customer very very unfortunate I am very disappointed with the attitude of your reception. you must remember guests are kings after all they are, they deserve you to respect and serve with all your heart.

I stayed for one night. Rooms are quite modern, you can connect the TV with several streaming Services via your mobile. For some reason "door slamming" started around 5 o'clock. The whole room was vibrating from that noise. The breakfast was amazing. A huge variety from English to continental breakfast is available. My favourite was the salmon. Even smoothies were present. The price per night was high, compared to other countries, but within the range of other matches I got in Bergen, it was reasonably priced. You can get to the Tram in 5 minutes by walk. The Tram gets you to the airport quite quick ( 2 Stopps). The other Tram direction gets you to downtown Bergen in 30 minutes.

Staff is very nice and clear, we got a nice room and they added a bed to the room swiftly. breakfast was of super great taste and good quality! A great hotel to stay at! very nice!

They bring me room service dinner and I waited more then 45 minutes for silverware and still waiting to have my dinner...How lm supposed to have my food ? Unfortunately it is big time disappointed 😞 I called 3 times front desk NO ANSWER...hopefully will not come back...

Excellent breakfast! Plenty of parking! Only letdown was location as we thought it was situated at the airport, not 10 min drive away! Ample parking and the ambience made up for it though!

Very Decent hotel. Stayed here the night before a flight home. Rooms are very comfortable. Coffee machines in reception area, which is great. The only thing is that it's not selling walking distance to the airport, unlike a couple of other hotels, and is about 180 nok in a taxi

Thon Hotel Bergen Airport ✔ Check in swift, information given re restaurant times, etc.  Front reception staff welcoming. We stayed in a deluxe room which had a very comfortable king size bed, crisp bedding, writing desk, kettle, tea, coffee, cups, glasses, mini bar, coffee maker. The room was large enough and also had dressing gowns and slippers, nice to relax in. Shower over bath with additional shampoo, shower cap, hairdryer, etc.   Information about Bergen in room. The room was spotless as are all areas of the hotel.  Bar area with seating. Breakfast buffet was one of the best we've come across during our 10 day road trip.  Something for everyone, hot and cold foods, frequently replenished by chefs.  Hot and colds drinks, cheeses, salmon, fruit, cereals, cakes, peanut butter (yumm) and pastries.........I could go on!!!! Amazing and all fresh.  Waiting staff were professional and welcoming. Plenty of free on site parking.  Electric points for vehicles (didn't use so not sure if their's a fee).  Nearby petrol stations cheaper than further into the city centre @1.90 (when we were there 13th Feb). Amazing stay, highly recommended.  This is definitely one of the best airport hotels we've been to when returning home from anywhere to the UK.  Thank you Thon Hotel Bergen Airport.

Excellent hotel and services. The location is not convenient if you want to get in the city center. You need 50 minutes with the tram.

Fast check-in, Room clean, The food was so good. All the meal served in buffet. And for early flight they served light breakfast from 4 am. The staff so attentive and informative also always smiling. Nice experience to stay.

The service was great Location was superb The rooms however it did not met my expectations Its called an airport hotel but it doesnt have the main ammenities like toothbrush and toothpaste in compare to other airport hotel that ive been with. In addition the toilet doesnt flush However they are fast regarding on settling the bills.

Had to spend a night in the hotel, everything was top level 👍 at a very good price.

A bit far from city centre but decent. The staff are quite helpful, I left behind my suitcase and they kept it for me for a week. Also, the staff recommended a nice walk to a viewing point. Food was great too.

We had to book a room in Bergen with really short notice (around one hour) because of issues with our flight back home. Since everything else was already totally booked, we had to go out of the city centre. When we got to the hotel, the room was already ready. Unfortunately, later we had some issues with the bathtub drain and the toilet flush, but we were going to leave anyway soon after. Nevertheless, the staff kindly offered us to have them checked immediately, if we wanted. In conclusion, if you need a place to stay close to Bergen Airport, we recommend it - even just for the kind staff and the gorgeous breakfast buffet!

We loved our stay here. After a few days in Norway staying at bad hotels, this place felt like paradise. From the moment we arrived we loved it. Kristina at the front desk was fantastic. We told her about our troubles with previous hotels and she gave us a great room. She was very pleasant, professional and a true joy to speak to. Because of her we decided to stay another night. The room was comfortable, clean with good pillows. Deep tub in the bathroom is welcoming for a relaxing bath. The best part is a fantastic breakfast. A great spread of different foods. Eggs any way you like them (boiled, fried, scrambled) different cold cuts, beans, roasted tomatoes and potatoes, mushrooms. Smoothes, fresh fruits, cheese, pancakes and a lot of lox. Breads are fantastic, many varieties, all fresh and tasty. Great jams with fresh croissants. Super good breakfast with super pleasant staff. After breakfast, they serve different pastries and coffee in the lobby. So, in case you didn't get your fill during breakfast, you can make it up. Coffee and tea is available all day long in the front lobby. Thank you all at Thon hotel for a very pleasant stay. We will be back.

Great hotel and service. Lunch buffet was absolutely fantastic. Local dishes prepared each day and cooks are absolutely master chefs. Even if you don't stay in this hotel, stop by and eat in the restaurant. Close to train stop for walking.

Restaurant is only open to conference or guests. Today we were simply a walk in , although we Thon members. Cold day so went to try another hotel. Lost money there Thon.

Good service. Amazing breakfast. relatively good room size, but on the smaller side. it's also in walking distance to Domino's pizza and rema 1000 in case you need things.

Rooms looked fresh and were spacious, but a bit unfinished. There was masking tape around the door in the bathroom and one of the bedside lamps was broken. Breakfast was very meaty and Norwegian..

Unfriendly staff and not helpful at all! Tried to book online, but only available payment method is credit card. Useless. Not everyone has one? Other than that, the price online had was 1300 NOK for one night. Drove all the way to the hotel itself, to be told that the price at the reception is 1560 NOK and they won't match the online price. Not willing to help at all, unless we used a credit card. Very bad customer service. Left the parking lot and drove elsewhere. Would definitely not recommend to stay here.

If you have a car and want free parking This is a good choice when looking for hotels in Bergen. You can take the train for 40 kroner and it takes 40 minutes to get to the city. and excellent breakfast...

Nice modern rooms, staff very friendly and welcoming! We had a little problem with the sink but after 5 minutes a handyman fixed everything. Good breakfast, fresh with products and life cooking! Good hotel for staying near the airport.

Nice staff, and 5 min from the airport. The breakfast in the morning is great. The rooms need new paint.
