Very average no frills hotel by the airport. Nothing special, just an airport night stop. Food at the Scandic Hotel, 5 minutes walk down the street, is a great deal better in my opinion.

the price for this freezing experience was way to high to enjoy. 19 degrees is abit low when set to max. also to note : no fridge , no cettle ,no nothing in the room.

Wierd experience to be honest...wanted to eat, and there were no personnel in the restaurant. Found some QR code and ordered. Nothing happened. Went to the reception to ask and I got my beer there in the "barception"... Waited for food in which the way of serving was unknown. In the end I got a text telling me to pick it up. While paying for the food I was asked if I wanted to pay tip...felt that it was quite a bold move as they made me "work there". I'm fine with simple...but it was not reflected in the price...

Not a bad hotel, very much geared towards a one night stay. Quiet, convenient, modern and clean. The only thing which was inconvenient was the lack of laundry facilities/service.

2 minutes walk from hotel reception to the airport entrance. New modern hotel. Quick check-in. There is a bar in the hotel lobby connected with the reception area. Comfortable bed. Everything as expected.

Nice hotel with good size rooms. Fast wifi. Restaurant has limited selection. Ok for 1 night for transfer flight, but nothing more. Nice staff.

Arrived at the hotel after a long journey . Very tired and hungry. Restaurant closed for orders. Had to wait 45 minutes before we can order. Very disappointing . Won’t be staying here again

I should have known in advance but still, to my surprise that, they do not equip coffee machine, kettle and mini fridge in the hotel room. Perhaps they provide those in upgraded room types only? There is a coffee machine in the lobby with or without a cost I am not certain. Anyway, it is a rare case where I do not find those basic facilities in any hotel room. The hotel is going very green I can see.

Worker at reception was very indifferent (chewing gum, not even looking at who's coming). Room numbering was counterintuitive. Assigned room was the one deepest in, even though many rooms close to the elevator were unoccupied (may be an act out of racism). Stay here only if you have a really early flight at the airport.

Gluten free & vegan burger available at the restaurant Social Restaurant. 🍔 The Veggie Burger & Fries is vegan and gluten free. However, the fries are not gluten free so get the side salad instead of fries. I have celiac disease and I did not get sick. 👌

Be aware that this hotel has rooms that are refundable and others that have a strict not refund. I realized I had booked at the wrong hotel and within 5 minutes cancelled when I realized my mistake. Knowing it was a mistake,and I booked st the wrong hotel did not matter. No refund was offered. The cancellation also was done6 plus weeks prior allowing for a rebooking. Be very careful if booking at this hotel.

Short walk from Airport. Warm and fairly comfortable though urban living vibe and colour scheme are not to everyone's taste. Online ordering of food in restaurant or cash alternative at reception but they dont hold change. Restaurant snack was overcooked onion rings fried to a crisp right through. Very decent buffet breakfast and efficient check in and check out.

My flight was canceled so I needed to stuy one night in this amazing hotel near the airport 5 minute walk, arriving to the reception Abdullah really amazing person smiling all the time and profissional, quick check in, the room inspected and very clean and the chef in the buffet also so professional I highly recommend this hotel ☝️🙂.

Located near airport terminal good rooms .. they are cleaning once at 4 days.... unbel8avable ...but we as all group could get new towels .. we were 2 nights there. Breakfast good.. clean ... ok.

Not really a hotel, more like one of those fancy Norwegian prisons. Long list of complaints: -Non functional heater/cooler, seems like its just a fake thermostat on a wall -No proper window in room. A window which opens to another window, which doesn't open properly, just 2mm at the top -No bin in room, only in toilet -No daily tidy-up of room -No towels daily -No bidet in WC -Self serve restaurant, with drinks 100m away from food area. Have to order on phone and pick up at kitchen... this is a hotel, even in a pub chains you get table service.. -Unfriendly/racist staff -No kettle, or tea/Coffee sachets. -Rooms don't get cleaned, as long hairs noticeable across floor as soon as I got in. -Unusual room door, they don't lock themselves when you shut it and you need to lock it, no-one tells you this. -Heavily understaffed -Bed reading lamp not working, only other light was the main room light which is too much at night. All in all, a 2 star hotel if even that. Only reason for 2 star is location is really close to airport, a 5 min walk. Terrible hotel, needs new management.

SO wonderful to have the airport about 5 5-minute walk away! Also appreciated the very early AM breakfast option: it got a long day of travel off to a great start.

Quite convenient hotel for an early flight. Functional and modern lobby and rooms. Staff slightly distant. Good breakfast service.

The hotel itself is okay. It's a bit pricey for a basic room. We had stayed the night to catch a flight the next morning. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the airport. The rooms are very small.

Could not hear air traffic despite being next door to the airport. Rooms a large but cozy. Bathroom decent size. Very clean. We actually really liked this hotel and would defintely stay here again. Breakfast is fantastic!

3 star hotel with adequate breakfast, no minibar in room, no real bar and no real restaurant - at least not in the weekend. Small rooms. Ok for a 1 night stay if you arrive late and leave early. For longer stays try one of the two other hotels in the area.

The rooms are not very pretty, and do not contains vater boiler, safe, strippe for anything extra, bath room has two towels, one hand soap dispenser, and one whole body soap dispenser in the shower. This is a hotell for pepole on the go, ok for one night. Cleane room sterile, and cheep solutions, god bed is a plus.

First room was not so clean. After being moved the 2nd night, the light on the bed was burnt out and after calling to have the bulb replaced. I was told it was very hard to fix it...but she would send someone up. They never came😩 very sad experience 😢

Very good hotel for when you're staying in Bergen, I always stay here, this time on their discounted 30 night deal which they're running until at least April 2022. Modern rooms, a short walk from the airport and Bybanen. Very quiet, which I like. Staff especially housekeeping are all very friendly and make an effort to say hello and good morning. Excellent breakfast buffet, especially the overnight oats they have each morning. Loyalty members can also get a free coffee from the Barception.

This comfort hotel is not comfort. It is very basic too basic indeed. The double bed is 2 separate beds laying side by side. It moved and you may fall down on the crack. No trash bin in the room only bathroom (small bin). So Just throw rubbish on the floor then? Please rethink your design.. cost is 1600 nok / day. So come and try and bet you will complain

Nice rooms and no noice from the airport. Beds are soft and not to good for me, but that's a personal thing. Good standard of breakfast.

Nice and clean rooms, great lobby having seats for a big number of guests and perfect location. However, the staff- mainly the women- were all the time rude and unfriendly, was not ready to help, acted like they hated working among people. They were not even able to greet us back. In the hospitality industry, it is simply not appropriate . But the young men at the reception were nice and friendly, sad to say that it would be useful to exchange the 70% of the staff. Very unprofessional behavior.

Nice hotel. Very close to terminal. The door into the room is very hard to open, also lighting is weird not working sometimes couldn't switch it on at the entrance...

It was fine but a little loud. Stayed in two different rooms on the second floor. Both had hardwood floors which meant you could hear your neighbors walking around, scraping of chairs. The heat (or something) seemed to make alot of noise on and off. It was clean, breakfast was great. I'd stay again but may not for you if you're a light sleeper or are bothered by hearing your neighbors sometimes.

Would have been 4⭐️ but the cleaners annoyed me. Knocked at 08.45... fair enough..... walked in to the room at 10.30 without knocking and then straight back out when i said hello. Then again at 11.30 when i said hello, the response was to tut and walk out. The rest of the place is nice. Good rooms, comfey beds, nice showers. The breakfast was fantastic, full continental and cooked pluse over nice oats and all sorts of fresh fuit..... basicly everything. Nice staff on the desk and in the restaurant too

The room was ok but no hot drink facilities. These are in the main lobby. The bin in the bathroom was not emptied and part of a food wrapped was on the floor in the main room. The breakfast was fine. Only stayed one night so I cannot comment on the other facilities.

For a hotel near the airport, it is cozy. However, the room I had was quite small but clean. There is not much to choose when comes to food.

Convenient airport hotel for morning departures. Just regular airport hotel room, and the breakfast is quite good. Signs to the hotele right after exiting the airport on foot, and it takes about 7 minutes to walk over. It's also one of the least inexpensive hotel next to the airport.

Very clean rooms , decor is poor tho with strange wall mural in every room. Very unfriendly staff in reception and food prices are extortionate and quality varies.handy 2 min walk from airport and good breakfast.

Excellent customer service and breakfast. The room was clean and beds comfortable and warm. The price was surprisingly good and it's located right next to the airport with less than a 5 minute walk to the check in desk at departures. Cannot praise it highly enough. It's an easy top marks from me 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
