The bed is apsolotley awful,if the owner cant give extra 100 euros for a new bed it is just ridiculous.(Ikea) In the morning it smells ON TOILET and if you are late ,around 12 you need to go and make a check in in the bar which was crowded with people (I did not had a problem with that). Pillow bad,no tv,no fridge,and I don't even want to mention the bath . I know it is Norway,but man o man for the amount of money NEVER AGAIN ! I dont write reviews ever ! But as a frequent traveller and hospitality worker I just had to. First time that I had to pay for the room in advance for 3 day. Since when do you have to pay in advance?(they had my credit card details).But when I came at 2 am to make check in the lady told me that I had to pay right away ?!! Next day I checked out. The room is on 4 floor if you are older and have 2 luggage good luck .... No elevator. Staff is oky .

Worst hotel ever experienced. :( -No elevator even for the 5th floor. Looks like a haunted house. -There is no room service available. There are no people to assist (there is just one woman from 1pm to 3pm). -No TV -No bath products -Nobody to ask for help -No door mats or mat to clean your feet in the bathroom. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anybody who is looking for something good in this price range. A BIG Nooooooo... :(

Does not offer breakfast. Common area is filthy, the floors does not seem to have been cleaned for some time. Kitchen is very dirty, offers only a microwave and nothing more. No wastebasket in the room, no TV. Not suitable for small families with children. what this place has going for it is simply location, location, location. it's situated smack down in the middle of Bergen two floors on top of the towns most known rock bar, Garage. it's a just a few minutes away from a variety of restaurants and attractions local to Bergen. there's a 7eleven across the corner and busses frequently stop just 50m from the entrance. for the price you might as well pick Scandic which is just 2 doors down and get a proper hotel stay.

We stayed in a few different hotels in Bergen during our time here, and the City apartment were by far the best value for money. Bergen is very hard to find accommodation! The building itself is a beautiful 19th Century construction. The rooms were small but clean and the beds were comfy. The reception staff were very friendly. The walls were a bit thin, and we were there in the winter and found the rooms a little bit cold. We have also stayed at "Basic Hotel" and "P-Hotels" and this was our favourite, especially considering the price.

Claimed 'cooking facilities' only had fridge/freezer and microwave. The bathroom was so small that to have a shower meant that the toilet was soaked. One window had no curtains so it was light until 1am, there are only rooms on the 3rd and 4th floor with no lift so may be difficult with suitcases but it was quiet enough to sleep in. Was expensive for what you got but it served it's purpose I suppose.

Basic and comfortable room. Advertise having a communal kitchen, but only a microwave and one mug. A single kettle disappeared in the night and we had to boil water in the single mug for 3 cups of tea for our breakfast.

Didn't expect much, so I wasn't disappointed! The toilet is practically underneath the shower and the seat does get wet. Overall I was satisfied with my stay here and would stay here again (so long as it was still the cheapest in Bergen).

Worse hotel very bad experience. There is no lift . No staff, rooms and bathroom are not clean, bed linen are not clean.there is no kitchen it's just a microwave and a sink and refrigerator 4-5 plates even not single spoon . I will never come back here 😵
