Campground Indoor lodging

🫤 Its the second closest camping to Bergen, its not the cleanest place . Friendly and helpful staff though the facilities were not in best conditions.showers and toilets were dirty and across the road from the camp site. It was also very crowded.there is direct connection to the city - it takes 20 min... People often mention good, Bergen, road, city, camping, free, toilets, showers, clean, nice,

I have been staying in a motel room. Apart my cheap room fee, all the rest was free of charge. Laundry, wifi, kitchen, toilets, showers, parking spot were to be used totally for free. Staff was very friendly and helpful as well. For more, bus to the city goes every 20 minutes. It makes no sense why some people like to leave negative comments. 🤷 It worth definitely the 💰 for the services that are being offered. And, I will definitely go back there. Highly recommended!

Not the best place to camp. Right next to a very busy road. Sanitary building is located across the road from campground so if you need to use them you need to cross very busy road and dodge the trucks, cars and buses. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else.

The guy came out with an underwear, smelling alcohol and cigarete. Very dirty place. The room smells like cigarete. Rooms do not have sink to wash hands. Location is not good too. Too far away from the city centre. Not recommended.

Old fashion camping. Not much space ,no private. Need renovation. Clean toilets and bathroom. You can do laundry and use dryers for free

A beautiful, clean camp but it is located near a road

Nice Camping park with many showers + toilets and a good but small kitchen. The washing machine and dryers are working well. Good price for a tent-/carplace

Very busy campsite. We woke up to a campervan parked less than a metre from us. There are two washing machines and tumble dryers that are free to use but also in constant use, partly because they’re used by both guests and staff. WiFi doesn’t work. On the plus side, easy to get into the city centre on the 300 bus (40nok each way with the app). Showers are powerful, hot, untimed and included in the price. We paid 400nok per night for a pitch with power.

A peculiar campsite that is sort a split by a road. It is mainly for campers, caravans and Hyttes. There is a small place for small tents to pitch which is on the other side of the road where also all the facilities are. It is relatively pricey but the use of showers and washing machines are included. That said. The washing machines and dryers run practically 24 hours so you need to time it perfectly if you want to use it. It is not always that clean and some maintenance is needed, but all is there. It is NOT near Bergen city center. It actually isn't in the city of Bergen at all. BUT the busstation is nearby and offers a good connection to Bergen. Noteworthy a horse runway is nearby and you can follow all details clearly if there are races. These can go on untill 22.00.

Pretty poor overall! It’s close by public transport to the city perhaps 30 minutes with a change but frankly we can’t recommend staying at this campground.

Nice place... Good Cabins to stay.. and have nice parking place if you have a Caravan.

Good rooms and a lot of space for campers. Internet is not really fast, but OK for video calls and overnight cloud sync. Rooms are big and cozy, warm and bright, but without restrooms (it has a kitchen though) - for this they have a separate building. Overall it's a good place to stay and explore Bergen and nearby, only a 10 minute toll road to the city center.

Barely okayish. Worst thing is toilets and kitchen across the road. Didn’t find them super clean as well. We moved out after a day

Great camping, for a good price! Tip when you're calling for a reservation also order french fries, the check-in is also a nice restaurant👌🏻

A okay place. Sanitary though not as new. A single handicap toilet which is unisex or otherways gender seperated. Waem showers without needing to pay extra. I resided in a little enclave with a small river beside which makes a lot of noise but is calming.

Staff is a little weird, bathrooms absolutely disgusting, but the cabin (type 3) was very nice and well stocked. Perfect for a one night stay when visiting Bergen.

Not the best campsite for a large city. Relatively small so get there early in high season or make a booking. Pitches are hard standing. Tent camping is across a road in a small grassed area by the toilet/shower block. Sanitary facilities insufficient for size of campsite. 10 minute walk to bus and 30 minute journey into Bergen.

The camping is nice. The reception is closed very early, but we could call and just take a place with our camper. The utilities are on the other side of the road, but are quite nice. Especially since showering and washing is free.

OK camping Fair prices Good and friendly service.

Motel was not nice. Rooms are too close to bathroom, so you hear things you wish you didn't, so it's really disgusting. If you open a window you smell people smoking. Pillows looked dirty. Campsite looked really crowded, lots of people.

Die WCs are ok the shower could be better… The camping ⛺️ are outside and crossing the street. However this camping is the closer and cheaper to find in Bergen 🤷🏼‍♂️ Two workers cooking fish at 23.30 🙎🏻‍♂️with closed windows near the rooms 🤦🏻‍♂️

The place is good for one night, waiting for the ferryboat or visiting Bergen, especially because you can take the bus to Bergen. It is quite silence but there is some traffic because of all the arriving and leaving people. The toiletts and showers are clean but standards like a youth hostel. Personal is friendly and offers also some food (Pizza, fish&chips, fries). Mostly the campside is cobblestoned and not good for tents. Only 4/5 stars because of the atmosphere...it's more like standing on a parking area.

We were welcomend by a inhospitable reception. After that being directed towards a patch a grass behind the motel to put our tents up, which wasn't a nice place to be. Filthy, not much green and in dire need of a revamp. To make matters worse the toilet and shower weren't clean. It's quite close the Bergen, so that is a plus, but probably worth spending a bit more time in the car then to camp there. Also keep in mind that when the horse races are on next to the campsite, it can be quite loud.

The park itself is spacious, organized and modern. All the huts seem to be in a good shape. The tent ground was on a softer floor. Although many, the showers and toilets were not once clean during our stay. We showered once in the evening and once in the morning. This is this campsites mayor flaw. The WiFi was really good for a campground, especially of this size. The Personal was kind and accommodating and helped us with planning our trip to the city center. Still only 4/5 since the sanitary rooms weren’t clean.

Nice, peaceful camping despite a bit industrial area. Gravel parking with patches of green and little weekend huts spread across the area. Perfect spot for exploring Bergen on foot. Super friendly staff at the reception will give you all the details on how to use public bus to get to the center (circa 25 min ride). Clean toilets and showers, unlimited power, free wifi. Fun fact: there is a race track right behind the camping, if you come on Sunday, you can bet on horses ;)
