Hairdresser did not respond politely and did not listen to how I wanted my hair cut. On repeated reminders of how I wanted it, the person in question simply replied "yes", but continued to do his own thing. After an hour and a half, a sore scalp and a couple of cuts around the ears, I ended up having to go home and fix it myself.
