Terrible patient care. Was in for a consultation with Elisabeth Ulset. Was informed during consultation about 1 day processing time at the laboratory for samples. If the sample is taken (Friday), you will be informed of the final result on the following Monday or Tuesday. I call in on Tuesday morning and am told that the result is not ready, but that I have to call in after lunch. What I didn't know was that the phone line closes at 12:00, which they must have probably been aware of. This resulted in me having to run errands to their office. There I was met by 3 members of staff (Elisabeth Ulset, Dejla Fowli + a 3rd person) who are sprawled out in reception. I am met with a condescending and mocking tone. It is informed in a brusque manner that the result is not clear. I then ask if they can send me the result as I cannot meet or call for the next few days. Is then met with loud mocking laughter from the staff, after which they say, in an extremely condescending way: "of course we can't do that". I am informing about the previously communicated expected delivery time of results. Again met with loud laughter and a clear message that they never said that. The treatment I received testifies to poor, unprofessional management of the medical centre, which is reflected in the terrible customer treatment. Would strongly advise against using the doctors at the height, and especially Elisabeth Ulset and Dejla Fowli.

Esther is very clever, the most skilled doctor I have ever been to - shows that she cares and does not hesitate to refer - all in the best interest of the patient. The staff at the reception are also service minded :) Highly recommended!

I am posting this here as well: Today, my boyfriend had to book an urgent appointment due to some pain and called in and got an appointment. She received zero information over the phone that you have changed offices. When she then got to the old closed office and found out on her own, she was understandably late for her class. When she finally arrived, the receptionist believed that this was only her own fault, and that the doctor's office could not take any responsibility for this. This had also never happened to anyone else before (this is not true: see the previous review at the new address "Strandsiden legesenter") and that they had no time for her. Then she called Sammen, who asked her to knock on the lunchroom where the doctors were sitting. To which they replied rudely that "they had lunch". The lady on the phone thought they had finished lunch and that she could ask kindly one more time. When she did this, they became even more rude and 3 of them came out and started scolding her, saying that she must be lying and that it was not at all difficult to find out the address on their own. (If you look up the doctors on Google, this old address comes up). She indicated that this had happened before, at the latest yesterday, which they denied. They continued to scold her. My girlfriend was shaking and crying, and when she said that she found this really unpleasant and that they can't treat her like that, they paid zero attention. So she just ended up walking out of there, crying. The spouse of behavior. Is it no wonder that you have such bad scores, both here and at the new address. There you have 2.7 stars here, 1 on Strandsiden and countless negative feedback (who would have thought?). You should not be allowed to run a medical practice at all! Imagine that grown people can behave so childishly. You should all be ashamed of yourselves. The only reason why you practice with students is probably precisely because you would not have survived with regular customers when you behave like this. You are thus taking advantage of the fact that students cannot afford it and need to resort to a place like yours, which is cheaper and also takes zero responsibility when such things happen. Nausea. Steer away!

The arrangement at the doctor's office is poor. Charges for booking an appointment by SMS and it was almost impossible to find a phone number to book by phone. Have had bad experiences with a couple of the doctors, but there have also been some skilled and attentive doctors. But this is the rating of the doctor's office and not the doctors themselves.

My actual GP Nicolas, he was really fantastic (5* for follow-up, understanding and humanity). Unfortunately, he has now got a female substitute who is so incompetent that I choose to go to the emergency room rather than make another appointment. (1* for complaints about renewals of completely normal prescriptions that have been used for years and generally poor follow-up, understanding and humanity)

Incredibly unprofessional. After a year and a half, I still haven't met my GP (only substitutes). 45 min waiting time after my scheduled appointment. Little sensitive, storms in and out of doctor's offices. Not a good experience.

My experience as a student with the doctors at the height could hardly have been better! I have mainly met one doctor, and she has given me the best experience I have had with doctors, in addition I have also met two other doctors who were both decent enough. I also really appreciate the people who answer the phone, they have been incredibly nice to talk to every single time!

I was billed for a doctors appointment with less than two hours notice while being at work which resulted in a late cancellation. Tried calling to notify them with no luck of getting an answer. I've never in my life experienced such poor customer service and misuse of a system. Never experienced to meet the doctor, but I have no interest either.

Sometimes long waiting times, but have received good follow-up from GP Nicholas Øyane. Being taken seriously, gaining insight into elections and rules, and being informed about where I can turn next.

Long wait time for appointments, but other than that the staff is nice and I haven't had any notable problems while going here for a few years.

I have had a GP here for several years, and am very satisfied with both the doctors I have had and the healthcare staff.
