Short hike with nice paved/gravle trail. Pre ww1 installation with an amazing view of Bergen city. Would almost say a better view than Fløyen. We went to Eidsvåg afterwards, about 2-3km from the fortress.

The view of Bergen and the fjord is nice. The way to get there is peaceful and relaxing. No cars or motorcycles. In this area, there is a lot of hiking roads.

Best and fast easy hike up the stone steps in town AKA Permisjonsstien! And gorgeous views of the whole town, Askøy bridge, the islands and the sunset to the NW around Midsummer!! And grill area with several benches and éngangsgrill søppel plass!!! 🤩🌲🌻🧗🏃🚵🤗
