The
booking
went
quite
easy.
The
staff
was
helpful,
understanding
(even
though
I
changed
the
time
and
date
several
times
-
sorry!)
and
flexible.
Which
was
really
nice
and
comforting.
Which
did
not
only
sound
promising,
but
also
made
us
look
even
more
further
to
eat
at
Vegan
Vacation.
Our
first
impression
of
the
restaurant
was
nice.
It
was
OK
decorated
(the
design
and
interior
matched
with
the
price
range
-
informal)
and
I
loved
the
fact
that
the
background
music
was
low.
Hate
restaurants
that
think
they
are
disco's
serving
dinner
as
a
biproduct.
Ordering
went
fine
and
the
owner
(which
also
does
all
the
work
on
front)
was
a
nice
gentleman
with
a
lot
of
charm.
It
did
not
went
long
from
ordering
to
being
served
-
I
must
mention
though,
that
we
were
the
only
customers
that
day
and
during
the
whole
time
we
stayed
there.
Dinner
time!
I
ordered
Risotto
with
pumpkin
and
sweet
potato
and
was
actually
really
looking
forward
to
it
-
but
it
was
a
huge
disappointment.
First
of
all,
the
risotto
was
way
too
soggy.
Risotto
must
have
the
same
consistence
as
rice
porridge
(grøt
in
Norwegian),
so
for
me
it
was
like
eating
soup
with
rice
grains.
The
taste
did
not
impress
me
much
either
-
bland,
flat
and
unimaginative.
I
neither
tasted
the
sweet
potato
nor
the
pumpkin
-
where
did
they
go?
I
am
guessing
that
the
chef
just
put
sweet
potato
and
pumpkin
that
was
cooked
to
death
(and
with
that
lost
all
it's
aroma)
together
with
some
Maggie/Toro
Broth,
rice
grains
and
lots
of
water
-
Dinner
is
served!
1/6.
This
was
really
bad.
My
significant
other
ordered
BBQ
black
bean
burger.
It
is
said
on
the
menu
that
you
will
get
a
dash
of
"our
homemade
ketchup
with
the
meal",
but
that
never
showed
up
on
the
plate.
I
am
fully
aware
that
vegan
is
a
lot
more
difficult
given
the
fact
that
what
makes
the
burger
is
the
quality
of
the
meat
and
percentage
of
fat
in
that
meat.
Nonetheless
I
do
not
recommend
a
vegan
restaurant
to
serve
burger
if
they
have
not
mastered
the
art
of
making
a
vegan
burger
when
the
black
bean
patty
is
hard
as
a
piece
of
dry
log.
The
taste
was
nothing
to
be
flattered
about
either,
as
this
also
tasted
wrong.
A
lot
of
grill
seasoning
which
made
it
just
salty
(equal
to
burgers
I
made
in
7th
grade)
and
again
unimaginative.
But!
The
only
thing
that
actually
was
really
good
was
their
homemade
burger
bread.
That
-
for
us
both
-
was
top
notch!
Desserts!
I
ordered
the
chocolate
truffles,
while
my
boyfriend
ordered
Sweet
Dreams.
Originally
we
both
wanted
to
order
the
Sweat
Dreams,
as
the
description
from
the
chef
sounded
really
good
-
Cake
with
a
layer
of
coconut,
nuts,
raspberry
and
some
other
flavors
I
do
not
recall
at
the
moment.
Happy
and
excited
we
dug
in
to
our
desserts.
Sweet
dreams
was
unfortunately
also
a
disappointment.
The
raspberry
cream
on
top
was
grainy
(when
it
should
be
smooth),
and
that's
it.
We
did
not
taste
the
coconut,
the
nuts
nor
the
other
promised
flavors.
Described
in
one
sentence
it
was
a
grainy
raspberry
cake.
The
ratios
between
the
different
layers
was
wrong,
which
made
the
raspberry
more
dominant
than
the
other
flavors.
If
we
tasted
each
layer
for
themselves
we
tasted
the
different
flavors,
but
together
the
raspberry
was
the
king.
The
cake
lacked
a
lot
of
crunch,
which
made
the
cake
heavy
and
too
much.
Lastly
-
chocolate
truffles!
Wow..
these
were
actually
quite
impressive.
Rich
and
dark
flavor
with
fun
flavors
hidden
inside,
on
top
or
beneath
each
truffle.
I
am
guessing
that
the
point
with
six
different
truffles
was
six
different
flavors
-
or
at
least
3
or
4
different
flavors,
but
I
only
tasted
dark
chocolate
and
chocolate
and
raspberry.
These
were
good,
but
I
wish
the
amount
of
chocolate
was
less
and
combined
with
something
more
light,
like
milk
chocolate
or
white
chocolate,
so
that
you
don't
get
sick
after
eating
only
two
truffles.
In
conclusion:
I
will
unfortunately
not
revisit
this
restaurant,
even
though
the
price
range
is
fair.
