Incredibly long waiting time!

Why are you open for a period of four hours once a week when young people are at school? The times I have been there (after having turned up in good time) and for once have been able to come in for an appointment after several hours of waiting, I have been met by a grumpy doctor. You are open for 4 hours once a week in the center of Bergen at times when young people are at school. Do you like your job?

Had an appointment to both take out the birth control stick and insert the IUD on the same day. Then I get a phone call on the day I have an appointment that they don't insert an IUD on days other than Monday and can't take out a birth control stick that day. And the next free appointment wasn't until a month later?! Couldn't I have received this message before?

Inserted an IUD with a very nice and skilled midwife. Very satisfied!

Had to camp for a week to be released. Recommends lunch, tent and power bank. Also got blood poisoning after the grumpy ladies refused to remove my wrongly inserted p rod. recommend removing the p-stick on mac donalds instead.

Inserted a hormonal coil at the local health center today, and couldn't be happier! Was taken very well looked after, and was guided through everything that was going to happen. I also got to relax in a room after I finished, because I felt unwell. Highly recommend them.

Was here to have a birth control stick inserted, they inserted it incorrectly and had to go to the doctor to have it removed just 2 days after it was inserted..

Seems like the people who work at the youth health center really HATE their job. Grumpy, strict 40 year old ladies who have no interest in helping
