It’s really beautiful up there, especially during sun set. Worth the money! Return is about 150NOK

The top of Fløyen mountain, the station of the Fløybanen funicular that takes you up to the mountain top. Better to take just one way up, and make up your mind on the top if you want to get down by car (as there's no discount for a round way ticket), as the walk down is easy, doesn't take too long, and offers new breathtaking views of Bergen. 75 NOK one way for adults. Totally worth it.

Fun - especially for the kids - to take the funicular. We enjoyed the views of Bergen, the playground - the classic as well as the nature track, a stroll to the little lake, and searching for trolls. :)

New and fast carriages, easy access from the city center, lovely view, and a great starting point for a hike into the mountains

Nice views over Bergen city and pleasant walk back down. The cable car up to hilltop is not very high (350m) and with well placed road, any able bodied adult in good health could walk up instead.

A modern mountain railway that is largely automated. I can only recommend using it.

Enjoyed the hike up (took about 45 minutes) and funicular down (as it was getting dark). Definitely worth an afternoon visit in Bergen!
