Also tried to contact them via phone - have been re-transferred to several numbers - after spending one hour they promised a call-back. Never received! Don’t waste your time.

Booked a helicopter tour on the same day that we were in Bergen and it is true that the website is a bit difficult to navigate, but I sent an email and received a response and was able to book via the visitors center at the harbor. The tour was amazing and the fact that the booking worked out within hours was also impressive and much appreciated. The staff is wonderfully accommodating, courteous and professional. We could tell that safety is the top priority, as well as assuring guests have a good experience. We were celebrating my son’s 14th birthday and the pilot did a great job explaining all for the sights to him and to our group of four. We saw the glacier and so much more. It was all absolutely stunning— highly recommended!

Great helicopter tour of Bergen and surrounding area. The 45 min tour was excellent and allowed us to see more of the surrounding fjords and area. We had fun, felt safe, and was a highlight of our trip.

Wow, simply fantastic! We booked a sightseeing flight on relatively short notice and were offered several tours to choose from. We opted for the recommended 90-minute tour over Bergen, the Folgefonna glacier, Trolltunga and the Hardangerfjord and absolutely did not regret it. The 90 minutes literally flew by and we saw a lot. Knut explained and told us a lot about the overflown areas and we were lucky enough to even see a few deer in the wild. From above, the beautiful nature around Bergen looks even more impressive. The price is absolutely fair for this spectacle. We would definitely do the tour again.

We've been in Bergen with MeinSchiff4 in June 2022 and booked the tour from home. The communication was uncomplicated and friedly one day before via mail - we had to postpone our start from morning to the afternoon because of the weather. The flight was our first flight with a helicopter and it was not the last. We were really satifsfied with pegasus and Yngve. The landscape is so breathtaking and beautiful. It is recommended to make a helicopter flight in and over Bergen - such a lovely place. Thank you for this experience.
