    Am taking taxis from Sola airport home regularly. Now first time with Taxi1 - it was much more expensive than usual (c.150 Nok 30% more than the others).

    very NOT recommended. we took taxi1 service from BGN airport to Moxy Hotel, on 2022 12/22. Driver took a longer way to hotel and final charge is 733 NOK. Very impressive. I wish i can give you zero star. ————— Email helps nothing but makes passenger more upset.

    Taken Taxi1 from Haukeland Hospital to the airport lead to almost double the price than other companies offer. According to the driver I couldn’t get a fixed price, but it should end around the same anyway. Well it didn’t! It was rush hour, but the extra 10min was way to expensive. And other companies don’t charge you extra on their fixed prices... I was told by the driver to complain centrally. I will do that, and ongoing newer use Taxi1 traveling in Norway! The drive, well it didn’t help much that the driver was texting on his mobile during the whole trip....

    Not to be trusted! Booked transport via the hotel 24 hours in advance for transport to the airport at 04.00. everything was confirmed. At 3.50 they ring the hotel that they would not come because nobody was "working". No other transport available to get in time to the airport. Strangely enough no other company available this early in the morning.

    Awful service. Pre-ordered taxi via their “app” to go to the airport at a set time. App was telling me “taxi on its way” basically it never came. Made me wait for ages (going to the airport for god’s same!) but didn’t actually show up. Tried calling office - nobody picked up. Messaging driver function in the app doesn’t work. Someone called I answered the phone - they didn’t say anything. Had to run across town to get the bus instead! Total scam - do not use.

    Was driven home from Haukeland hospital in 15 hours to Håkonshellaveien [15.1 km] . Slightly slow flow towards Danmarks plass. Got a shock when the driver demanded NOK. 1000 for the trip. Received or not a receipt for the trip. Will never be Taxi 1 again from my side.

    Don’t use them! The driver overcharged us 300kr stating it was a special “service fee”. Our hotel confirmed we were wildly overcharged. Totally took advantage of us as tourists. Just use Uber

    Booked a taxi the day before. The driver called 10 minutes before pick-up and asked where we were going. Was clearly disappointed by the answer, and said he would call back. He didn't come, didn't call back, didn't answer my call. Ordered a taxi again, which arrived, but this is too bad. Was 20 minutes late. Don't be tempted to use Taxi 1 again!

    Absolute worst taxi driver. Picked up at the airport going to Bergen central. He didn’t know where our destination was. I put the information into his GPS on HIS phone and he still didn’t follow the directions. He tried to drop us off at the completely wrong address. If I hadn’t had my Google map set up and known approximately where our AirBNB was located I have no idea where he would have dropped us. We ended up paying at least NOK 200 more than we should have if he had follow the proper directions.

    I would have missed my flight today if I hadn't had the opportunity to take our own car to the airport instead of the taxi I had pre-booked. I was supposed to be picked up at 0520, but the taxi wasn't expected to arrive until 0545. I had to call taxi1 myself to get them to send a taxi. No one was on their way even though they had received and registered the order the day before. Now my husband has a very difficult day without a car (and to collect the car) with the 1-year-old and we have to pay for long-term parking. Recommend steering clear of this company if pickup time is important.
