They sell product and after that ask customer to call product vendor.people working at power doesn't have the knowledge of the products and recommended me wrong product from LG .now I have to return this product and order new one.that waste my 2 months.Never recommend this store . I have been a old customer and bought lot of things from power but this store has people without knowledge.Saying sorry will not save my wasted 2 months and multiple calls to them. Shame

Service is very slow. I had in mind what I wanted exactly and was ready to buy and they almost convinced me not to with their slow service! And I received my kindle in an already opened package and found it charged at 82%.. Might have been used..

In my vist of the town I walked in to Power Bergen sentrum. I just looked around. I decided to buy something with low price up to 100 NOK. Customer service is really good. They trying to help as long as you need help. A variety choice of home properties in addition to electronics. Quality and price is almost the same as other electronic store's. In my opinion the store is recommended to try.

I bought the jabra 65t in Chirstmas and it not work any more so that why i went there ,there is special area called *Support * desk ,the end of shop in corner, so I went there tell my problem and staff as always nice and helping 👍, sove the problem ,they caring about customer and following the all necessary rules for corona, so I feel safe there ofcourse I also use sentizer for hands and mask 😷 and have enough distance 😀, so yes it is good store for daily tools .

I went out with the biggest smile, I got a consultation from one of the consultants about which smartphone I should have and he told me all I need to know and helped me decide and as a cherry on top he got me a good deal on my simcard subscription!!!!!!! They really take the time to help you ! Thank you guys for the good service

Very good service from staff. The reason for the two stars is the store it self. There were dusty and many of the display space in the store was empty. It was a place you just want to go in and out of quickly.

Very slow customer service. Employees were arguing about who was going to help us get a tablet, even though we knew exactly what we wanted. Even then the product they had on display wasn't available...

Really bad service. We was waiting for 45 minutes in mobile section and the employee who was working there talking with a girl she might be his friend they was laughing. Finally we find another employee and asked for help he said I don't work in mobile section you must talk with someone else. Again we went after 30 minutes around again employee was busy with same girl. When i asked who can help us he told you should find someone else. Really bad Not efficient Not sincerely about job Time pass guys

Horrible service. Lures you in to buying insurance you dont need, then Lies about it afterwards. Most employess are VERY young, clueess and rude. I tried buying a phone for 9000 nok final Bill ended upst over 1400 nok. No will to correct errors. Stat får away
