Y was taken by the numbers of people could get in it .when y visited different exhibitions were on and y had drink at bar and was so warm and left my coot at self hanging .The is moder built and looking on sat map y noticed is great reproduction of granpiano, in fact the place is well now for the good acoustic during concerts. Used as congress and culture events good facility areas and big square on the front with enormous parking space under. Well served with public transport.

The main concert hall in central Bergen named, obviously, after the famous locally born composer. Grieg's works are often performed. I thought that the building had some architectural interest in its own right.

Great gigs at beyond the gates, great sound quality, lots of seats but the hall was really dark after the concert started and you can't move there because of the darkness.

Beautiful square in the middle of Art center of Bergen. The building was designed to depict the keys of a piano.

Great venue, modern in style and build; the auditorium was lofty with good sound.

Grieghallen is a great place to visit with family. Great shows. There is convinient and organized wardrobe. Seats are comfortable. The sound in the hall is good. The hall is located close to public transport. The parking is easy to get to and fairly priced. On show breaks there is friendly staff serving/selling drinks and snacks.

I was there for an academic conference, and saw only the room in the basement, which was spacious, clean, abs unobtrusive. I can't say much about is acoustics, but I think it can be used for chamber music concert. The building is large, and it may take a bit of time to find the right entrance.

Legendary building with a great sounding venue! I feel so lucky to have seen Mayhem, Emperor, and Enslaved here. What a night!

Very disorganised, told you door open at 6 pm. They let you in then keep you standing for another 30 minutes before letting you get to your seat. No seat number so not great.

All seats in the main hall have a great view!!! 🤩 However I would avoid Peer Gynt hall, it's a room without a stage, so visibility is very limited, specially if you are attending with kids, or a ballet show, only the performers top half can be seen.

Always a pleasure to come here. Fantastic concert for Ukraine. Easy access. The only minus is that the prices are outrageous when you buy water etc from the vendor. 56 kroner for a small bottle of water.
