Worth the wait. I arrived at 1:30pm for a quasi late lunch and the shop was closed until 2pm. Decided to go for a walk and was back just before opening time. Food was DELICIOUS. Staff were super helpful and I love the fact that in Bergen (at least) when you get a sandwich like here (Souvlaki), you have a choice between medium and large. Everything was great, if they only delivered to other countries!

Loved it 🥰 The best gyros I had since I returned from my Greece vacation a few years back 🤤 Perfect combination of chicken, crispy fries, salad and sauce, in a very nice and delicious pita bread. The prices are for all pockets and it's probably the best place to eat cheap in Bergen 😁

I thought for the price this chicken gyro was pretty good. Was very filling for the large, way better value than a lot of other places in the area. Service was fast and place was clean. I’d recommend.

They have two menu kiosks at the front counter. English option available making ordering easy with no pressure. Quick and absolutely delicious. You can customize your order in many ways. If you are craving a gyro, order it from here.

Very good food. A bit pricey. Clean and tidy. Hidden in one of the smaller streets next to the harbour. Very high noise level with music, telephonic and loud talk among the staff.

Very tasty food, well thought-out concept, the shop itself is a bit hidden but easy to find. The employee at the counter and behind the stove was very friendly and helped us with the selection, the atmosphere in the shop was relaxed and not hectic despite the high level of business. If you're hungry, you have to stop by here. We had falafel and the gyros platter. 10/10!

Delicious Greek gyros!! Highly recommended! All Greeks that want a taste of home, and everybody else who wants to get a taste of authentic Greek gyros, will enjoy this!

If there where more than five stars! This place was amazing, the food was so good, staff was very friendly, even if we had a misunderstanding and i ordered one gyros too many. This is a place you must try, it is just so good, and quality of the food was excelent. I ordered the Gyros with chicken, my kids were sceptical, but we all agreed after 10 seconds of eating in the WOW factor of this food. It was very tasty, and fresh. We also ordered the vegan salad, and that was excelent, good hummus, and fresh salad for the stakes. Gyros house has several locations in bergen and around Norway, but i have experienced only this one. No more kebabs, EVER! This is the place to go to sooth a hungry person. The Large portion was even too much for me, so you get your money's worth.

Well we ordered the large gyros and they came like they should. The food came very fast. The local inside wasn't so comfy and it was a little bit small place if you think to go as a group of 5+. About the gyros,... it was almost the same like the original one. The real taste was destroyed because of the lettuce inside the gyros 😕. So if you want to order a real Greek original gyros, ordered without lettuce 😉

As far as "affordable" (cheap eats isn't really a thing in Bergen) food goes, you can't go wrong with this cafe. We had their Chicken Gyros twice while in Bergen. I'm pretty picky when it comes to gyros, but the food was stellar and very quick. Staff was courteous and very helpful when I needed help. The dine in portion of the cafe was small, but we just grabbed take-out. English menu attached:

Really good giro place, good food quality for a fast food place. Fast service and tasty meats. recommended

The food was good, but not outstanding. And the cutlery they give you is made out of wood, so it‘s one way. If that‘s a good thing? Well, it‘s fast food I guess. But with a wooden fork it‘s sometimes quite hard to pick up the gyros. So a real fork definitely would make things easier. I had the gyros plate.

We ate dinner after a busy day, everything was really excellent 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 The food was perfect, staff were friendly and the atmosphere was great 👍🏻 So I surely recommend to try food there

The food is nice and the service is great. But a strange smell is in the cafe. Maybe conditioner wasn't working at that time...

Food was okay. I think they use BUNN from whole sale, not the peta bread used to make gyros. The chicken was tasty it not even warmed up. You guys need to think about customer satisfaction.
