We had the opportunity to do all 3 rooms as a duo in one day. Below our findings. In general: the rooms are nice, albeit very straightforward. The 3 rooms all cater to different groups and tactics: "Varg Veum: Last Rites": the most difficult room they have. It has a couple of nice challenges and smart puzzles. The goal is not to "escape" per se but rather to gather clues to solve a murder mystery, and you need all the clues to see the full picture. Ideal for groups that did escape rooms before and/or like a bit more of a challenge. The room is not the most difficult to exist, but still a good challenge. "Mirrors of madness": a great room for groups that have not done escape rooms before or want to take things a bit more relaxed. The puzzles are nice and modern. There are some nifty technological things involved and solving each puzzle leads to a nice "ah but of course" feeling every time. "Hanseaticus": a good room for larger groups (4-8?). This room is more of a "solve everything we throw at you" rather than a sequence of puzzles. Different people can easily solve different puzzles and who knows, if you are lucky, you'll maybe get to see your treasure loot! --- Our gamemaster, Sofie, was amazing, very joyous and out-going! We had a great time and if you have an hour to spare, it's well worth it!

My husband and I visited Bergen from the US. Had a blast checking out this escape room. More of a murder mystery style room but great puzzles and we had a blast!

We had an amazing time with Escape Bryggen! We had a free few hours and they managed to squeeze us in to play Hanseaticus. Definitely a rewarding finish!

We went today, 7 ppl in a room, including my 9 and 7 year old children who love clues. It kept adults and children entertained. It was a fair level of difficulty considering the different ages among the group. The place itself is so cool within the Bryggen and it is the perfect way to pass a rainy hour while in Bergen.

We had a lot of fun today at Escape Bryggen! Staff is very friendly, game was amazing with very logical (but not too easy not to hard) clues. We will definitely come back!

Great establishment that offers a good escape the room experience. You are locked in a room and must solve riddles and puzzles to get out in under an hour (you're let out by the staff if you don't make it). It's a bit difficult to find, expensive, but very fun.

We tried the easiest, but yet had to get hints from the game-master. Lots of fun for 2 people, but I can imagine that 3 or 4 will have a easier job getting out!

We opted for the easiest room as it was suggested to us by the hosts as it was Bergen themed. The room and the setting were great. The host was excellent and gave good hints without completely giving away the puzzles.

We have a great time in Hanseaticus. Not too dificult but also not to easy - just fun - and no problems with language (our english is not so well :)) And great bonus is to see Bryggen house from inside. Thanks so much for perfect service ❤️

We did the Hanseaticus room as a group of four, two of which had never done an escape room before. The whole thing was well organized and went very smoothly. The rooms are available in English and Norwegian. The location is very atmospheric. You enter through one of the alleys on Bryggen and the rooms are in one of the old buildings there. Highly recommended. We definitely plan to return for more rooms!

We went for the “Mirrors of Madness” and it was a great game. The riddles were ingenious and we had great fun on the game.

One of the most happening busy street and place to hangout once you're in Bergen/ Bryggen. The vivid colors and historical Churches and plenty of things to do there Mostly crowded and covered in Rain.

Lovley little place on the waterfront, shame that it was raining, but didn't dampen the spirits. Little Eryn and all the troops lookingaround the Bergen Centre. Lots of little shops hidden away, well worth the stop. Hopefully when I come back might have some time to see the sunshine. Very interested in the crabs and sealife for sale.

😐 Mehh, one ok puzzle the other ones where just weird. The puzzles in general didn't connect to the story at all which was kinda a bummer. The staff person was friendly, shy and tried to speak English. We got out with time to spare but would not recommend. Expensive.
