The worst realty/broker/landlord experience of my life. Theresa Bruno threatened to ruin my life so I could never rent in Westchester. Had to take them to court to get my money back 6 months later. Broker fee is way too high. Lease stated I was to pay a broker fee of an entire month rent plus $600 just to show. Then I was to move into the broker’s house, Theresa Bruno, where I was to pay to replace appliances if they needed to be replaced and she could stop in their the apartment at any time with no notice both according to the lease. The judge deemed it was illegal for a broker to charge to move into her own property as she was landlord and broker and that was illegal.

Great company to work with. Was able to get into the apartment we loved right on time. Anthony was wonderful and very easy to work with. Always kept us informed and thoroughly answered our many questions. Adele in the office helped get all our paperwork in order. Overall was a great experience and if we ever need to move in the future we will be back.

Joseph was an OUTSTANDING person helping me to get my first apartment. From first contact, to first meet viewing of apartments, to dealing with the paperwork, the ins and outs of the process, he was INCREDIBLE!!! I can't stress that enough, he was reliably available to answer my questions and concerns and definitely kept things at a steady rolling pace as long as I was comfortable proceeding without pressure to do so. I truly appreciate all he offers his customers. Home Sweet Home Properties went above and beyond for me and for that I am truly grateful.
