They make the best bagels in the United States. I’m a big fan of extra toasted bagel cream cheese, and I have it every day for my breakfast. I tried everywhere possible and no one does it like that. Most importantly, they got my custom instructions right and never failed them. The bagels are huge and very delicious. Thank you guys so much for making my mornings great, that’s how I start my day!

Hands down best bagels around. We used to go to Boxcar but since they closed, we have been die hard BEC fans. They have a great menu and awesome bagel with lox (they use capers and thin onion, which is a nice touch) you can tell everything is super fresh. While you may have to wait a while for a hot order on a weekend (since they're always busy) I promise you it's so worth the wait! Bonus: staff is super friendly.

This place has the best bagels around. They have creme brulee bagels and French toast bagels. Big soft and crispy bagels, they had pumpkin bagels for Halloween. Genuinely great place to get some bagels.

I’ve been to this place three times. First time I went, it was great - I received exactly what I ordered and it was delicious. Second time, I ordered a sesame bagel with olive cream cheese, chocolate croissant and couple more items. When I got home, the croissant wasn’t in the bag and the bagel was cinnamon raisin? I don’t even know if I was charged for the chocolate croissant, honestly I didn’t bother taking the receipt. So, it was so so disappointing because I was really looking forward to that bagel, and it just tasted weird and ruined the whole thing. Now, third time I went was today. I ordered a sesame bagel with olive cream cheese and a muffin. That’s it. When the screen for a tip popped up I took my time deciding what to do - I really didn’t want to leave any tip because, come on, at a place like that there just should be a tip jar at most, and not be putting people on the spot to tip for literally doing what you’re paid by your employer to do and nothing more. (I was a waitress for more time and I would’ve liked, so trust me, I know what I’m talking about). So anyway, I was taking my time fighting with myself about the tip thing, my finger was nowhere near the touch screen and all of a sudden the lady that took my order just selected 15% tip WITHOUT ASKING ME AT ALL. She literally took money from me right in front of my eyes without my permission. I think that’s the definition of stealing? She said nothing. Just selected it for me since I was taking a while. I didn’t even get to sign, the whole screen disappeared after that. ???? And to top it all off, when I got home, my bagel was with plain cream cheese instead of olive like I ordered. Are you kidding me? If you’re gonna steal a “tip” from me, at least make sure my order is right. I really love that they have different kinds of cream cheese, and different kinds of bagels, but that tip screen REALLY puts me off and, of course, I wish I’d get what I order? Get rid of that tip screen because, apparently, even if I tip it’s for nothing. Ridiculous. Btw, the star that I left is only for the bagels and cc… I don’t even know if I’ll go back but if I do I hope the service would be better. And with the risk of someone spitting in my food, I will be selecting no tip.

Best bagel spot ever! Fast, friendly service. Bagels are SO DELICIOUS! Coffee is spectacular. Haven't had a bagel that compares to theirs.

We generally love this place but today l the sandwiches were swimming in mayo and ketchup, for a $7 sandwich we hope it would be prepared with more care. Last two time we got bagel here they didn’t live up to their usual standards. I come from another town to get the bagel here. I hope this problem get rectified, otherwise, it’s time to look for another bagel place.

The food is delicious, bagels are soft ,coffee fresh but out of the 3 sandwiches we ordered, 2 of them were wrong and we were charged and given an additional lox bagel we didn’t order (13$), just make sure you check your bag before you leave.
