Love this mall. It's not busy at all. No long lines, easy parking. Macy's, LL Bean, Loft & Talbots, Yankee Candle, & Bath & Body Works keep me coming here.

I cannot believe what this mall has become. I'm sure some will blame the pandemic for why it looks so empty but that's definitely not the full reason. So many stores told me the were closing or moving in 2019 and they all said the same thing. They all expressed that the landlord wanted to raise the rent too high. Here's a little tip for landlords, take a college course in business management. If somebody is paying you $5,000 a month and you ask for an increase of $8,000 and they can't pay you that, understand that $5,000 is better than $0.00

This mall is huge and rushed up on weekends! I wanted school supplies for my kid. The school bag for boys had not many option In children’s place or vans or even kids store! I definitely enjoyed accompanying my kid in the Lego store. The staff here was kind and calm. There was Claire’s where I thought of visiting to pierce my ear but I saw and didn’t go due to the rush. I also visited the bath and body works for some good sanitizers and body mist. We bought few macaroons and bubble tea because the food court was completely filled. Didn’t like how some random school kids were running around

The mall is clean and neat. I was able to get the gifts I needed quickly and grabbed a smoothie on the way out, which made my visit much more enjoyable.

I love Stew Leonard's! Shopping here is always an experience. The kids love coming for the atmosphere and interactive exhibits. Saturdays they have free samples. Fresh donuts made on the premises!

It's not a big mall, but a nice one, You can find some brand-name clothes, but not all what you wish for, The food court is small too, So you don't have a variety or a lot of options to choose from, Free Parking lots are available. The atmosphere is so good. Recommended.Don't forget to follow my account that you can discover new places, Outlets and restaurants with me.

Lots of shopping choices, clean and well kept, with ample parking all around. Several electrical outlets are placed at the ends of the parking isles. The food court has lots of choices and plenty of seating. In the middle there is a Starbucks with typically not too long lines.

Glad to see this mall is still open. It's not as big and busy as the Westfield (aka Garden State Plaza) Mall. But, it does have nice stores, and it is nice to have less of a crowd. Seems like it used to be more children-oriented when I first started shopping here years ago. There are still children's stores here, but the carousel was removed a few years ago. I'm, also, glad that Claire's is still around. I needed one of the holes in my left ear repierced.

The best thing about this lovely mall is it's sense of intimacy. It's not terribly crowded and overwhelming, like for instance, American Dream (whoever heard of paying for parking to visit a mall???) or even it's neighbor down the road, Garden State Plaza. It definitely has a more chill vibe and there's a great Starbucks smack-dab in the middle!

The pandemic hit lots of places hard and this little mall is no exception. Most of the food court and many store fronts are still empty. The mall closes at 8pm even on weekends, and many businesses shut down or start shutting down even earlier (try getting food at Master Wok after 7pm, for example). And be warned that the staff will close the bathrooms at 7:30 or earlier. If you have a specific store there to go to the mall is fine, but it's not really good for browsing anymore.

A timeless classic. The Paramus Park mall is my favorite in New Jersey. Every week I use to go with my family back in the 1990's. I do miss the glass elevator and the waterfall fountain that made the mall standout, but still has it's charm after they modernized it. It may not be as large or popular as the Garden State Plaza or Bergen Town Center, but it does offer plenty for the shopper to enjoy just as much. Fun fact: The mall was featured on The Cosby Show in Season 4 Episode 9 called "Where's Rudy" in November of 1987. Even though the cast and filming was done in New York, they use clips to make it feel like they were in New Jersey. You can see how the mall was like in and outside of the location with the waterfall fountain during that time period with the merry-go-round as well..

Nice volume of shops. Moderate size mall. Good food court with a pleasant table seating area with a view of the center court atrium. The court is very open with live trees. Macy's is the anchor store. They will soon be making renovations due to the loss of the Sears store. Decent parking....

I actually like this mall, it's quiet and has a decent selection of stores, and restaurants, doesn't get overly crowded like Garden State Plaza...

I enjoyed walking through this mall and seeing how it's holding up considering how hard the last 20 years have been on malls. Hope more stores will come to it.

Hands down best Mall in Bergen County. Low key, easy to get in and out of stores. LL Bean is my go to when in the area. Much better than GSP which can be a zoo! Paramus Park has Security everywhere- No mob of thugs roaming the mall (like GSP)

I went to Paramus Park Mall for an appointment at Advanced Dermatology. Parking was very easy even under the overhead canopy. The mall entrance led directly to the dermatologist. I also drove to Macy's entrance to shop there. Parking is always available. Security drove by a few times.

Reviewing only Kids place and Nori Japan. Place is accesible, clean and affordable. Kids place has 3 bouncy houses and several electric cars/motorcycle. $15 per 30 minutes (each kid). Nori Japan has a basic menu. Teriyaki, dumplings, vegetables and veggies drinks. Food was good and at my a reasonable price.

It's a nice relaxing, secluded mall that's away from the hustle and bustle of GSP (Garden State Plaza). It had the right amount of options, so you don't feel as overwhelmed! They have EV parking, too!!!

I give 5 stars due to Stew Leonard's but the rest of the mall can be torn down. Most venues in the overpriced food court are abandoned. Far too many stores are abandoned in the mall itself. The staff end employees not encouraging. BUT, as I said, its worth it to go to Stew Leonard's, it's the shop that will encourage you to cook or prepare meals at home rather than waste money at a restaurant.

On this Re-opening day June 29, Five stars for COVID protocols throughout the mall. Great easy to read signage and hand sanitizer stations mall wide. Plenty of security personnel both inside and out. Most stores are still closed and only a few eateries are open in the food court. Chick fil a and Burger King to name a few. Starbucks is also closed. It’s great to be back just walking in the park.

No one around shopping. Nice to walk around if you feel like getting those extra steps in. The Stew Leonard's there is really nice. I recommend the apple pie soft serve when it's Fall season.

They don't have anything compared to the Garden State. But if you want quiet, nice ppl, good food court. This is your place. They have Chick Fila A. It's nice to go to a mall and not be overcrowded like GSP

The Paramus Park Mall is my favorite mall to go to. Plenty of parking spaces. You can also park close to the mall. At some other malls you have to park far away and take the journey to their mall. The food court upstairs has every type of food no matter what your taste is. The kiosks have many items that everybody needs at great prices. Check them out

The mall looks horrific with the destruction of the Sears corner. It should have been all renovated from one end to the other outside and onside. It is an eyesore and very inappealing inside and outside. What a disgrace.

I accompanied my Dad to a doctor's office situated inside the mall itself. I was there for several hours and walked around the entirety of the mall without entering any stores. It was incredibly interesting to see that this place hasn't changed since the last time I visited the place over 25 years ago. How are they still operating these brick and mortars? Who in the world would want to actively shop in this place? It's not located conveniently to anything but a highway. There's zero incidental foot traffic. I understand some folks (especially seniors) don't shop online and G-d bless them. It's just amazing that the mall probably does 20% of the business it did in the 90's yet its still operating. They should turn malls like that into schools or airports; better yet airplane pilot training facilities. 😎 Idk... avoid the place if you can help it. It's blaaah

  • 3/5 Miguel S. 1 year ago on Google
Not as many stores as garden state plaza but still a nice place to come to avoid the craziness of the other ones. I would recommend going once and see what they have. If they got same store as other malls come here instead. If I got to go to Macy's I rather come here. Since not as popular, more and more businesses are leaving. Food court used to have more options now you see empty spots.

Always easy yet it lookd like a warzone since covid closed most in food court and stores

  • 2/5 God L. 2 years ago on Google
I went to that mall only to visit their food court on the second floor but I did notice several stores closed and that actually deterred me from window shopping with my wife and children after we ate. It looked like a ghost town it was so depressing to see how many stores closed and a lot of empty business space. For me the only thing worth the trip there is Chick-fil-A.

  • 5/5 Ella H. 2 years ago on Google
Been coming here for years. Not a lot to offer now but if you don’t enjoy overcrowded malls this is a great spot. Very chillax mall to hang at. It’s definitely a family friendly spot to come to. Very Kid friendly in my opinion.

  • 5/5 Sophia T. 2 years ago on Google
This mall is perfect for small children because it’s not that busy. I brought my 5 year old cousin with me and we didn’t have to wait for any stores. Walking around was not a hassle because we weren’t constantly bumping into other people or having to go around them. In every store we went to the associates were very friendly and kind.

We've been going to Paramus Park for as long as I can remember. I'm a little sad that it's quieter now after Covid, but it's still a nice place to walk around and the addition of Stew Leonard's is wonderful. There is still a good selection of stores, and I hope that as the world comes out of the pandemic that more stores will join them.

I am a long haul truck driver. After driving all night I ran out of drive time so I decided to park and do some shopping. Despite the parking lot being completely empty I had 2 security guards harass me, at separate times, for parking on the property. It's ridiculous and no wonder why malls are closing down and people are doing more shopping online. Please tell Paul Blart to relax a bit there's no need to be rude to customers.

  • 3/5 WendyLina C. 2 years ago on Google
I love this mall because they don't have as much pedestrian traffic like the Garden State Mall. However due to the pandemic, many stores are closed. There are many vacancies in this mall.

  • 3/5 Jonathan M. 2 years ago on Google
This mall used to be amazing and full of life. I loved coming on the weekends and spending hours and hours here. Unfortunately nowadays it’s on its way to becoming a dead mall as more and more of its recognizable stores close like GAP and Sears and with it less shoppers. Certainly doesn’t help that it has to compete with the nearby Bergen and Garden State malls in attracting brands worth the visit.

  • 3/5 Chael B. 2 years ago on Google
The stores aren't as good as the other malls. There's construction going on. It's not clean. It's a ghost town. It's never busy. I don't know how they stay open for business. Just a all around mess.

  • 4/5 JC B. 1 year ago on Google
Decent sized mall. Smaller food court, but there's a Chick-fil-a, so there's redemption😏. Really visited Build-a-Bear(right inside the entrance where Panera is) and Chick-fil-a. There's a cute little toddler play area by the food court, but also noticed an indoor kid's activity place not too far from the toddler place. It was closed when I visited, so that's all I can say about that. Nice little walk, if you're a mall walker.

  • 3/5 Charlie C. 1 year ago on Google
I've been visiting this mall for close to 50 years now. I hate to see the decline but more and more stores seem to be closing. The one bright point is to Stew Leonard's that now anchor it.
