I just bought 3 donuts from this place, around 12:15 pm 8/26/22. to be fair, The donuts are spectacular! The guy handling my order, was not!! He needs to work on his soft skills! As a patron, I won't be back because of him! Didn't like his dismissive ways. Its amazing when people feel so entitled that they expect you to buy from them regardless of how they treat people from the community. I wonder if this place was below 96th street, would he act the same way? Maybe... Do better with your customer service skills... The donuts are good, but not good enough for me accept subpar service...

How much can you eat after a whole great pie at Patsy's? I was as full as a monkey trapped in a banana plantation. But...I have a duty to you. If my fab food meter hits my brain bell, I must report. It's a good thing for both of us that I did. The coffee was better than the usual stateside experience. But the cake doughnut was an absolute game-changer. It's easily the best cake doughnut ever, and I love cake doughnuts more than the entire new york police department. The rest look just as good. Thank god I don't live around here.. they need to rename this district "cholesterol keys". But, what a way to go.

One of the best hidden spots to get gourmet style donuts with such unique flavors that will run out if you don't get on early in the morning. Small shop that is currently takeout but offers a variety of good cafe drinks and eats. The loganberry donut was super delicious and unique.

The bakery items and coffee are superb but the staff is not at all super nice. It's unfortunate because we are a nearby business and we enjoy supporting other local businesses but this place makes it very difficult to do so. A smile and thank you would make quite the difference. I've been to both locations and experienced very rude staff each time. It doesn't seem so hard to be kind.

The attendant was super nice, but the latte was just okay and the sugary croissant was too dry. I took a ride from Battery Park City to Super Nice Coffee without checking if they had a seating area (my fault). The place is very small, and the nearby community gardens were closed on a Sunday afternoon. My only solution was to buy from another coffee shop (El Barrista Café), so that I can sit in their outside seating area (I don't recommend the other café, although the attendants were super nice too!)

Do NOT get a drink here. Donuts are absolutely delicious but the drinks are below average. The chai latte is just milk that was vaguely held near some chai extract. The lids for iced drinks are also terrible, they do not fit the cups properly so every time you take a sip, coffee spills from the rim (and yes, I did make sure the lid was fully on). Service is also very slow. But again, absolutely delicious donuts, they’re always fresh and some of the best in the city.

Excellent donuts, the dough especially was really something special. The creativity of frosting flavours also makes it stand out.

I have visited this place several times and dropped quite a bit of cash. I love their vegan doughnuts and the coffee is pretty good. My last visit (I haven’t been back since) I had a bad experience with the counter person who really didn’t seem to want to be there. Pretty rude in a matter of fact kind of way. I asked for 4 doubting go and since I had to commute to bring them home, I asked for a box but apparently you have to get at least 5 to get it, so I did. Since they were out of the ones I wanted I asked him to get me what he thought he was best, was I told what he put in the box? Nope. Got my coffee, doughnuts and a bill over $30 that should call for a little better customer service, pretty rude. That day Super Nice Coffee was just Coffee.

A superior donut. Clearly fresh; perfect balance of icing to donut; ideal texture on the yeast donuts (chewy yet springy). Loganberry is particularly good - it's the flavor of a jelly donut minus the hassle. Super Nice is in my top three donut shops city-wide along with Doughnut Project in the Village and Peter Pan in Brooklyn - far superior to Dough/Doughnut Plant-type places.

Harlem has some really great coffee shops and this place is no exception. The coffee, pastry and donuts are all incredible! Anytime a friend comes in town, I love to walk them down here if the weather isn’t too cold. The line doesn’t bother me…there are lines everywhere in NYC! I removed a star for the customer service and for some of the snarky comments made from this place to their customers. When you go to the shop, it’s really hit or miss on whether you’ll get someone who isn’t just annoyed that you want to buy coffee or ask a question. It’s kind of upsetting… we’re just there to support a local business, not ruin your day. As far as the comments made from this business, I think that’s probably the most off putting thing. People are just expressing their own personal experience and instead of making them feel small, perhaps try to make a few changes so when they do come back, their experience can be a lot better.

I’m not even fished eating my food but I had to stop to RAVE about this place. They had a really interesting menu so I splurged a bit and over ordered knowing we could eat the pastry later and boy am I glad. Frankly I should have ordered more. I ordered on uber eats and everything arrived still warm and amazing. We got the Cheddar Jalapeño breakfast sandwich with egg cheese potato and chorizo and the croissant breakfast sandwich with the same fillings. Both are excellent! The Biscuit sandwich has a baked sunny side up egg that is just the right amount of runny in a sandwich for it to be tasty but not too messy and the croissant had the eggs with the chorizo and potato cooked into it like an omelette making it shockingly easy to eat given that croissants are pretty delicate! They both had a good amount of cheese to make sure it was never dry. The guava and cheese pastry was absolutely amazing. I might order like 4 next time. The tart tangy guava pairs so nicely with the pastry cheese giving you a bright and creamy and buttery and crisp pastry. Absolutely delightful I would go back just for these! We also got the Kouign-Amann which was light buttery crisp and not too sweet. The texture was just perfect and my BF who doesn't love overly sweet pastry particularly loved this. When you bite I to the flaky crispy exterior your nose fills with the wonderful aroma of butter and sugar but it does not feel heavy. The last individual item we got was the cinnamon roll which was good but diminished by being surrounds by so many excellent items left it overshadowed. If someone brought me one I would be quite please but I'll take half a dozen guava pastries if I am ordering myself The last thing we got was a half dozen donuts. We selected the "bakery chooses the flavors" option but did put a note to say we love unusual flavors and they did not disappoint! Check out the pic and tbh we have not eaten the donuts yet but they look awesome and I can't wait for my afternoon snack! Seriously check this place out. I def found my new go to splurge-y breakfast place. Seriously go check this place out.

I walked by and picked up a glazed donut and it was so so good! The donut was soft and chewy, not dry like your standard Dunkin’ Donuts. Def coming back!

I absolutely love their Donuts, but their matcha latte leaves much to be desired. It's incredibly weak, and it barely has any matcha flavor.

One of the best donuts i've eaten in my life. And one thing I love and had eaten plenty of, are donuts. A friend of mine brought one of their donuts one morning and I was hooked up. I am a client now.

Was looking forward to this place. But the young kid working was horrible,I'll never go again just because of him. People need to realize service is still important. I spent my money and felt I was taken advantage of. So he packed the doughnuts in a bag and obviously all the glaze stuck to the bag . There was no glaze left on the doughnuts!! I will say the pistachio croissant was good.

Whatever they bake is great. For me, I love their croissants, flaky and yummy! Oh, and the service. This place on 108 St is a small, and interesting hole in the wall shop. So no dine-in, hence the 3-star.

Came here with a few students from school for the first time. Best Bakery in Harlem.😊 It can get crowded usually but well worth the wait in line. All the students love there fresh baked donuts. Us the teachers loved ours as well.😋 I only wished I brought more. Definitely coming back. Check out there menus. 😉

I’ve been coming and going to this place for years now, even prepandemic. I have to say I’ve always LOVED their lattes. They’re literally the best I feel in the city. I make it a point to check out any local coffee bars/shops I encounter bc I really think I’m at an age where I prefer to explore these than bars LOL they’re at the top of my list seriously. The only thing that ever kept me from leaving a great review was honestly service and kindness bc given by their name I fully expect super nice service…anyway I’ve totally seen a huge shift in customer service by the new staff that I’ve seen regularly. My last barista was very charismatic and made my latte to perfection. Their donuts are also amazing (considering I honestly don’t love sweets on sweets.) Their loganberry and passionfruit donuts are where it’s at! Sweet and tart the best combo to me with a cool latte (maybe lavender, rose, or their in house made CBS.) Thank you Super Nice coffee I truly applaud you for having a solid product and for really stepping up to serve our community. Please be advised wait times can be long as there are many super nice lovers out here so be patient with the lines. They do attend everyone one by one (which is clearly the key to not miss any steps or details flavor and texture wise.) it’s worth the wait imo. Also if you’re looking for cheap coffee this isn’t the place for you. You get what you pay for so if you want a great latte know you’re paying for quality beans (oat milk that actually tastes good in my case) etc. you’re looking at something btw $6-8 for a small latte that you’ll love.

I heard of this place from food bloggers and was around the area and decided to try it. Worth a visit! My matcha was delicious and the scones and pastries were soooo yummy. They were soft and paired well with my matcha. I was disappointed that by the time I got there which was around 1ish on a Thursday almost everything was sold out however the lady at the register gave me other recommendations and I really enjoyed what I ordered. Worth a visit but go early!!!

This was a lil hole in the wall spot I found one day googling authentic hot chocolate... went there and was hooked to it along with their donuts. So fresh tasting. Can tell it's homemade. Only thing I wish that they didn't change the chocolate for their hot coco because now it tastes watered down. It's no longer rich like the first time I had it. So very disappointed with that. Overall, great spot

I cannot recommend this place enough. It is a must visit whenever we have guests and we want to get them a fantastic quick breakfast. The donuts are perfectly fluffy and so well flavored. Their cinnamon roll is the best one I've ever had. Their jalapeno cheddar biscuit was out of this world. Any line they have is worth it.

Sincerely delicious food- savory hand pies, fresh baked donuts - not your typical coffee shop food - something special here!!

Love love love Super Nice! Coffee is so good every time, donuts are to die for, bagels aren't made in house but are still pretty tasty. You can't really go wrong with any of their drinks or baked goods. A bit pricey but definitely up to par with the quality of food you're getting in exchange.
