The menu looked great. Wanted coffee and perhaps to check out pastries. Service is terrible. The waitstaff was plenty and the place was practically empty. Waited for the coffee at least 10 minutes. Then, after flagging down the waitress we still waited another 5 minutes who didn't speak English at all. There is so much potential in this place! Hope the service and food improves.

It is rare to find such amazing quality outside of the city. Coffee, pastries and ambience - all top notch.

This place is amazing with their pastries! I am obsessed with the croissants, especially the almond croissant! The cappuccino is so silky smooth and I had the pleasure of meeting the owner who happened to be there and “oooh boy! What a special guy!” So sweet. Definitely a go to for breakfast and especially a great brunch spot on the weekends. :)

It’s a good place for brunch, but prepare to drive your own order, else you will bd left hanging! We went for brunch on weekend morning, it was pretty empty restaurant. The menu has interesting items, but the lunch items were not available for brunch even though in the menu it’s written as lunch/brunch. Anyway I ordered the croissant fromage as my alternative. II liked the dish a lot. Didn’t gravlax is a type of salmon, so was surprised by that. Loved the mozzarella cheese on it. The eggs, greens and bread all worked together. During our dine we witnessed some comic service from the server. One couple at another table ordered coffee and water, which they didn’t get for 10 minutes. Finally when they did, it was order of another table! So they left. The people sitting next to us waited for 10 minutes to get their order in. So make sure you get someone’s attention or you might be stuck there for a while :P

Cozy and friendly. I really love their chai latte and pastries. Shakshouka was lovely. Definitely recommend.

Food was good quality, fresh, and presented very nicely. However, service was slow. Twice, when we ordered something, our waiter would leave for 5-10 minutes and come back and say that it was unavailable. Seating is also very limited and cramped.

French toast is not that sugary, so I like that. It takes little time, But it's worthy. Thanks for the hospitality.

We had a great time eating breakfast here. We had: two crepes, Shakshuka and the Royal Omelette. Everything was delicious. I would definitely come back again!

A couple of years ago we stopped in unannounced looking for a birthday cake. It was near closing time. The owner whipped up something in the back and we had a wonderful time. It was Friday, bread day. We took some home. The breads and pastries here are world class. Since that day I drive up from Central Jersey one Friday a month to pick up some goodies.

This is their London fog. Barely warm milk with a tea bag added in. When you ask for hot water or warmer milk so the tea can actually brew, you get told to wait. After waiting, when it still isn’t warm, and you say something, they are upset at you complaining. Except all I ordered was a croissant and a warm drink. 45 mins later, I still don’t have a drinkable tea. They did finally bring me a new drink…. But nope, not coming back.

Been living in Closter for over 5 years but never stopped by here. After sitting in with friends and trying out some of the breakfast options, I know it will probably be another 5 years before I give them another try. I ordered the Shakshuka which on paper had the potential, but instead of getting a savory Mediterranean dish, the texture and flavor was more of a tomato soup with potched eggs. We also ordered the Mediterranean eggplant sandwich with side of Israeli salad, which was sub-par and not enjoyable. Coffee was good, ordered cortado (at least for me). My wife and friend's coffee wasn't as good as mine. Prices are OK, not cheap or expensive.

I've heard so many good things about this place but never had the chance to go. Well today I took my wife to celebrate her birthday with some friends who is celebrating as well. We had a wonderful Branch and the almond croissants are divine ( especially when they're fresh from the oven) they offer outdoor dining and a coffee cart if you just want some coffee To go.

Firstly, when you pay gratuity at the beginning of the meal (which is the case here) there is no incentive for good service. My "Benedict A La Florentine" came with with cold eggs/sauce. When I alerted staff there was no apology. They brought back the same dish 10 minutes later after microwaving it. Note you should not microwave eggs benedict OR smoked salmon (ew!). After having to return another dish that they got wrong I decided not to say anything.

I wanted to order pancakes since it was on the menu, but these people are too lazy to make pancakes, but they made French toast which was much harder to make than pancakes. Other than that, the atmosphere was clean and it smells good inside, and the food was delicious.

Satisfactory at any time visit for the past few years. I love having cappuccino with chocolate fondant here. Or with creme brulee or croissant, Whatever! As a brunch, I'd recommend shakshouka or hot sandwiches. Friendly servers and a cheerful atmosphere are good too. The owner couple, Tomer and Paula, are very kind and generous people who are continuing to make an effort to help their neighbors in the community. Love this place.

Yummy pastries and coffee. Unfortunately when we went kitchen was closed so could not try any of the breakfast or lunch entrees. But my favorite was the almadine, almond raspberry croissant and cheese pastry! Everything was super yummy!

👍👍 Our first visit since spring 2020 and we are so glad we came back. Everything we ate was terrific: calamari, charred oysters, lobster roll, crab cake, and ceviche (which had more of a “kick” than elsewhere). We ate outside on a pleasant evening. It’s a lot quieter which we appreciated.
