I've been Going to this location in saddlebrook for 15 years and it's always never been great but over the last couple of years and especially on my trip today it has seriously gone downhill. The coffee station is always dirty. There's always milk sitting out not in the freezers. Most of the time the coffee is cold. And today I found out that they no longer carry hazelnut coffee, a staple of the coffee world in my humble opinion. No other quick check is as filthy and disorganised as this 1. I really hope they can step up their game soon.

I found a literal plastic NAIL in my sandwich. Cannot make this up - please do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to go for lunch. Only positive experience I've had with this place is the older gentleman handling the cashier. I'd be cautious ordering anything an employee has to make.

So I ordered through GrubHub... Two Tuna Sandwiches, 2 bags of chips and two sodas. The order arrives and the driver tells me that their are items missing but doesn't know what because he's not allowed to open the bag.. understandable. I open the bag and there are only two sodas .. thats allllll... They delivered the order without the sandwiches and chips... whats the point... Now I have to wait for my money to get refunded and wait another hour to get my food from another delivery app. They should've just called me and told me that they couldn't deliver the order in full so all of this could have been avoided.

Service has gone down tremendously there is one particular cashier that seems to work everyday and she is just NOT a pleasant person to deal. She WILL NOT place your items in a bag or hand you your receipt but she looks at you as if you have three heads. Please note my house is located .4 miles from this Quick Chek and I rather drive 1.1 miles to the nearest 7-Eleven

It is a good place to work I have been working there for a year now. But I don't know. In my opinion some customers can be rude to me some times.

First of all. The lady that makes the sandwiches in the back is super rude and has a huge attitude when I ordered something. They didn’t have smoothies and she told me last minute wasting my time. When I got my sandwich. It was gross and she did not follow instructions when I said to cut it. Bread was hard and dry. They never have anything on the menu. The only person that was kind is the older gentleman working the cashier. DO NOT GO HERE

I just hope you don't like hot or fresh coffee, as they'll actually refuse to brew new batches. They never have full or fresh pots up nor do they ever seem to have enough creamers or sugars. If you don't require quick or friendly service, this place is for you. No employee lasts more than a few months in this spot except for the few that have been there for years now. And even those people treat you like strangers after years of seeing you on a daily basis. Some of the deli workers are openly rude and make conversation with each other about not liking customers loudly enough for the whole store to hear. Nobody is ever friendly. There are maybe two people currently working here who generate a welcoming atmosphere. They will also rarely open a second register. I've seen that line wrap to the back of the store with one person ringing and two other people hanging out and talking in the back. That's not including the one deli worker they have stationed doing every sandwich order at rush hour. If you really wanted your third choice for a meal, they have you covered. The menu is constantly missing half of its items. I don't know if it's supply or ordering issues but it's been like that here for years. The only reason I keep coming here is that it's more conveniently placed than alternatives. But after the amount of times I have had to go to a second store anyway after trying here for something, I've just started skipping this stop altogether when I actually need a quick stop.

Never has anything, I was trying to give this place a chance the first few times but I’m done. You are better of to just go to the local 7-11.
