This is one of the best postal offices I’ve been to. The employees are so friendly and helpful, we went to complete passports for our kids and it was so easy. We made an appointment and they made everything so easy for us. They even took the pictures for our kids. Dominique and her team deserve so much praise for the great service they provided. They folk at the service desk were super nice too. Thank you so much, you made it so easy for us.

Great post office to process passport application. As long as your paperwork is filled out, bring your pictures with you and make an appointment it’s painless and swift. The girls were very nice and professional. One individual that came out calling out the applicants had a rough and rude attitude. Thank God I didn’t have to deal with her lol The post office clerks were great too!

Really bad experience with the passport office in this USPS location. The man at that desk doesn't answer the phones or when knocking on the door when we had 2 young babies with us for our appointment. The man was rude and didn't offer any support.

I called to ask a question about what to bring to my passport appointment and the lady who responded was extremely rude. She was giving me an attitude when I asked questions just trying to understand what to bring. I cancelled my appointment due to the way she was speaking to me over the phone and I will go elsewhere. Extremely unprofessional.

Friendly staff. Quick service. Metered parking, quarters only. Clean too. Passport service great too. Walk ins welsome. Revervations have priority.

I waited 30 minutes just because they have to reboot the system because of an error. She said it’s been happening since 3 months. Very poor service.

Transfered to this location after endless waiting in Valley Stream USPS. Done my certified mail less than 1 min. Friendly cute clerk did perfect job. Thank you ！

I’ll never use this post office again. The “manager” was walking around and not pitching in when the line was long at closing time. In addition to not helping, he was downright rude and insulting. He was walking around doing nothing and loudly vocalizing how inconvenienced he is because customers came to the post office in the last hour.
