I
have
been
putting
off
jumping
back
into
working
out
since
I
have
left
the
military.
As
a
disabled
veteran,
it
can
be
difficult
to
motivate
myself
to
get
into
the
things
like
exercise,
etc.
Last
week
I
decided
to
go
all
in
and
I
purchased
the
Vibranium
membership
(20
classes
&
2
Guest
Passes/mo)
and
went
to
my
first
class
on
Mar
10.
As
of
Mar
15
I
had
only
not
gone
one
day
(rest
is
important)!
When
you
enter
Harlem
Cycle,
you
walk
right
into
a
cozy
waiting
area
and
shop
that
has
water
bottles,
Beyonce-themed
candles,
healthy
snacks,
and
more!
The
staff
are
incredibly
kind
and
make
a
great
effort
to
remember
who
you
are.
All
of
the
items
for
sale
are
incredibly
reasonable
in
price
for
the
quality
that
you
get.
The
workouts
take
you
to
the
club,
if
the
club
happens
to
be
up
some
very
steep
hills.
I
have
now
had
4
different
people's
classes
and
each
one
brings
its
own
vibe,
but
that
vibe
is
always
a
bop.
As
someone
who
/hates/
going
to
the
gym
because
of
the
monotony,
I
really
enjoy
that
I
can
get
lost
in
the
music
and
vibe
while
getting
enthusiastic
encouragement
to
push
myself.
Another
nice
thing
is
that
there
is
no
skill
level
requirement.
The
staff
will
help
you
set
up
your
bike,
and
will
constantly
encourage
you
to
listen
to
your
body
on
how
hard
to
push
yourself.
If
you
were
wondering
if
you
should
give
it
a
go,
this
is
an
excellent
place
to
get
your
feet
wet.
I'm
hooked
and
will
likely
be
going
5x
a
week
for
the
foreseeable
future!
