    The technician who did my CT scan was terrific. She explained everything and had a wonderful attitude that totally relaxed me, even when she had a hard time getting a good vein for the contrast.

    The imaging technicians was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, gentle, caring and professional.It was rhe least painful and less stressful appointment I've ever had. The ultrasound tech was also very professional and worked quickly yet thoroughly.

    My mom and I had an excellent experience here this afternoon. She needed a CT scan, and since this place is literally 2 blocks from my house, I made her an appointment. The office itself is very clean. The young lady at the front desk was very pleasant. My mom's CT tech, Raphaella (sorry If I spelled her name wrong!) is wonderful. My mom has some mobility issues, and Raphaella was so kind and patient with her throughout the entire CT scan. She even brought her a wheelchair and wheeled her out to my car! She is extremely kind, friendly, and accomodating. I highly recommened New Jersey Imaging Network.

    Nicest employees ever. Because I had a car accident and that's why I was there for a ct scan, I write very slowly because my handwriting is very bad since the accident damaged my neck. The front desk girl whose name is Jen was so patient with me and when I didn't finish it on time she said after the scan you could finish it.... don't worry about it.... don't rush. Nicest clerical worker ever. Then the CT tech who name sounded like Rasalita was so nice and very good at her job. I have breast cancer and in the past ovarian cancer so I asked for some lead to wrap-around the top of me and she said of course and got me a big thing so I wouldn't have extra radiation since I've had a lot of ct scans in the past due to cancer. I highly recommend this place. Everybody wears masks and it's very clean.

    I initially had difficulty obtaining the MRI because the agency did not enter the order of my insurance correctly. After speaking with my insurance agent and putting her on the phone while there, the issue was resolved. The technician who performed the MRI was wonderful, accommodating and empathetic to my needs. This made the experience a plus!

    my experience with the office was fantastic. I had a little trepidation because I thought I would not be able to find parking, but they have parking available. The staff was very courteous would definitely come again.

    I was finally able to get a much needed MRI done because I have been having a difficult time getting approved through my insurance, and New Jersey Imaging Network so I paid out of pocket for the exam, in which the fee was more than reasonable, and the woman that helped to schedule my appointment was very nice and helpful. During my appointment, the front desk staff were very kind and checkin was very fast, and I was even informed that they were running a little bit behind which doesn’t always happen in a medical setting! I was less than impressed with the bedside manner of the tech, but I would still recommend and use this facility again.

    NJ Imaging was excellent. They called to see if I could come sooner than my scheduled appointment. Their hours were very accommodating. I was able to go after my work hours, and the staff was super efficient and completed my MRI with no waiting time.

    Well-versed staff; they know their business and are polite. Wait time wasn’t bad…around 10 additional minutes additional prior to screening. I feel comfortable coming here and believe that I’m in good hands.

    Very difficult to park. Office procedure very confusing. Isn’t clear whether you need to sign in and wait seated until called to get paperwork or stand and wait at the desk. Had an appointment but needed to wait 45 minutes until finally called. On the positive side, staff was pleasant and professional.

    I didn’t have an appointment and they took care of my X-rays anyway. Everyone was so pleasant, helpful and amazing. They also gave me a letter for work. I couldn’t be happier with the service today 😘

    Friendly and Courteous Service at the front office. The technician was kind, patient and thorough explaining procedure of the MRI. The attention to service at this location made a nerve wracking experience manageable. Will keep location in mind for recommending and personal reference.

    From start to finish, the process was fluid. In and out - no wait time. Reception person kind, and courteous. The technicians were very professional, very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend the center for any test.

    This process was very smooth. My appointment was at 3:30 and I was out of there by 4. The technician was really nice. Thank you Kat!! I’ve had a lot of ultrasounds done in the past just due to medical hx & this was by far the easiest one to get done.

    It’s a walk in facility. I was going for knee surgery and needed an X-ray my drs office sent me here because you do not need appointment. But there was a long wait. So I asked to come back for a time. When I came back they took me quickly.

    My appointment was 7:30am (Monday, Oct 31st) at the Hackensack facility, requesting I arrive at 7:15am. Wish I could post picture of appointment. The facility doesn't open until 8am. I wasn't the only person given an appointment before 8am! Otherwise, everything else was good!

    First visit with Dr Broder. She spent time attempting to understand my condition and ordered appropriate tests for follow-up visit. I felt she made a thorough effort on my behalf and knew her stuff. Wait time was minimal and staff was friendly and efficient.

    I did not have a good experience, today I went for an x-ray, I arrived at 4:15, the person who assisted me was very rude, unprofessional, told me the time was until 4 o'clock to go to other offices. I told him the schedule that is attached to the dead woman, it says Tuesday 7:30-5:00, he raised his tone of voice insinuating that I didn't understand, I asked him if I can make an appointment, he said that no appointments are made, it's on a first come, first served basis, he told her. I ask the outside hours, it says Friday they close at 8:00 pm, he got upset and looked for a person who speaks Spanish to explain to me, I don't understand if the Hours are until 4:00 because they don't specify it in the schedule that is posted on the door. I asked her name, Lidia told me, I don't know if that is her name. I told her that this is not the way to treat a patient.
