    I wish I could give them 0 star. First the appartement you see in the website is diff than the actual appartement, second if there is any issues in the appartement they take forever to answer, their overall customer service is horrible and finally Once you want to leave they take forever to give you your deposit back, in our case after 2.5 month, they took 900 for electricity although in the contract they state that its included. We stayed only 3 months and it was the worst ever.

    After my move from the apartment, I have never received my deposit money ( more than 1k), no response on my emails and no feedback from this fraudulent company. It is already 2 month I try to get my payment from them. Be aware to use the service from BBF

    BBF has shown a complete lack of responsibility, responsiveness, and ethical behavior. unfounded and unjustified rent increase imposed, their failure to respond to service requests during our stay, and in the end failure to refund the paid deposit is a clear indication of their disregard for customer satisfaction and leaves a customer with no choice but to share a negative experience with others.

    I just reach them at the end of three weeks. One of the agent come to building to show me the studios. He came 30 minutes later than the appointment time. One of the studios he showed me was broken and destroyed by someone. He just try to get in the someone's house for the second studio. He showed me third studio that has very bad smell and everything was so dirty. He said it just will be cleaned and just imagine as it will be cleaned. So it was bad experince for me and i immediately give up with them.

    I stayed at BBF apartments in 2 occasions in the furnished option and they were really good. The apartment usually has everything you need, good kitchen appliances, internet, dining table etc. It was convenient and hassle free. Various payment options. Friendly staff and they were quick to respond to requests. I highly recommend BBF.

    Not up to standards service. 2 months and they still have not fixed the WiFi. The main door does not always open with the automatic keys and the cleaning personnel comes whenever they feel like. Not recommended

    If you have any option other than BBF then my suggestion would be definitely go with it. Because BBF services are very bad. We have been suffering from three months with elevator issue and they never care to solve it. They say its other service provider but it will not be mentioned during check-in. We can use the stairs but imagine you stay on or above fifth floor. And don’t ask me about Wi-Fi. You never know when it goes down. When I complained about the issue they were saying ask your employer to provide internet connection for Work from Home. How could possibly they say that. They claim the apartments are fully furnished but in reality the furniture is very old and delicate. YOU will be penalised if something happens to that already damaged items. Finally coming to the Rent, they are super expensive considering all the aspects be it cleanliness, furniture and other services. You know one thing once they have increased the rent post contract is signed citing that increase in energy prices. AND finally do not completely believe the pictures shown in their websites.

    Great experience with BBF apartment for installations and services from during my relocating period. Clean room and laundry availably on the building. Excellent location since is nearby central station, and there are many grocery stores nearby.

    Perfect experience with BBF company for hospitality and service from the first moment of my stay till the last one when I had to relocate. Clear instructions for the arrival, perfect apartment, perfect service during the stay and fast and clear communication for the process of leaving the apartment.
