Ordered something online because I couldn't transport the big screens. I also added some flowers . The flowers arrived in bad shape and the screens were absent because their online stock didn't reflect the real stock. So, I had paid for a big transport, without needing it. No solution was offered by Pelckmans. Bad after-sales in my opinion.

Nice shop in turnhout. It has a reputation as ikea plants shop. It’s actually almost true. In this gigantic shop you will find many plants for inside and outside of course. You will also find many essentials stuff for pets. Upstairs that have many kitchen and terrasse stuff. During winter they have a large space dedicated to Christmas with many cool stuff.

Overall good garden center and OK prices. Last time we bought about 25 of the same plants for our garden and instead of counting them on our shopping cart, the cashier made us put them all on the register belt to scan them because 'our boss says we have to do this', I was really annoyed by this, -2 points for you, 'boss'.

Good variety of plants, gardening, animal and household products can get busy, staff are extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help whilst cracking a joke as well

Staff at times is very unfriendly. Bought a lot of fish at this place but it will be the last time, there were a lot of sick fish that died a few days later! Dog unfriendly place, small dogs allowed inside a cart but big dogs aren't because they could "scare" costumers?? The people bringing small dogs just let them walk around too! Make the dog rule for EVERYBODY and not only for big dogs!! They do have good prices and are mostly cheaper than other stores.

SOO MANY PLANTS! Bought a lot of palmtrees and juicy Apples ! Apple trees i mean ofc. Also the garden decoration aint that good like it could be better ngl. Flowers are also pretty so yeah idk cool store
