After having lived in Atlanta most of my life I found it necessary to leave to be closer to family. Aiken was an easy fit. Small town with a big city edge. Another easy fit was Brittany Downs. I had always known the property had an amazing reputation for both high standards and management. And speaking of management Stacy and Terri went above and beyond to make the transition easy for me. They are both smart and intuitive when it comes to running a property like Brittany Downs. They care. And it shows. Not once in going on three years have either one not been there when I needed them. I’ve lived all over and I can tell you that’s a rarity. AND if all of this wasn’t enough it is located in an area of Aiken that’s established. With beautiful tree lined streets landscaped to perfection it is also convenient to shopping and it even has a great theatre within walking distance. All in all I couldn’t imagine wanting to live any place else.

We have been loving living here - we moved here March of 2019, just 2 months prior to our daughters birth, and still are here!! Everyone is so helpful, Aaron and Rick with any maintenance questions and needs, Terri and Stacy in the front office. They’re always transparent with any costs, pricings, etc. My daughter loves walking up to the office and seeing them. I love that I can customize my place to suit my style and make it a home for us. For what we get here, the cost is amazing!!

My boyfriend and i absolutely love living here, the staff is super friendly and helpful, Aaron the maintenance manager has been a huge help for any concern we’ve have big or small. You can tell he really loves his job, and it shows.

My boyfriend and I have been here almost a year now and we absolutely love living here. The maintenance staff are so polite and very quick to come do services as soon as you call. Ms. Stacy and Ms. Terry are amazing in the office! They always make sure to answer any questions you have and are always kind when we go into the office!

ABSOLUTELY recommend living here! Rent is reasonable! Terri in the office is awesome! And Aaron the maintenance manager makes sure stuff is done correctly and quickly! I called about an issue in my apartment and it was fixed within the hour! They are kind and its very refreshing to management and staff that actually care about you.

I absolutely love this complex!! The front office management is so amazing!!! The maintenance crew is also amazing!! I put in a work order, and they show up couple minutes later to fulfill said order. The entire office staff is so easy to work with, not many apartment complexes are like that. I have recommended this complex to anyone else looking to move!!!

I noticed my AC was out yesterday. I called office manager Terri about it. She said someone would be right over. My experience in other apartment complexes in Aiken was that it would be the next day, maybe, before I got a response. Not at Brittany Downs. Literally 5 minutes after I hung up with Terri, there was a knock on the door. Aaron had arrived to troubleshoot the problem. After assessing the situation, Rick came over to mind the store while Aaron went to get parts. Shortly after that, Aaron returned, and shortly after THAT, problem solved! I'm still stunned at the speed and quality of work from these folks. Kudos to Terri, Aaron and Rick!!.......Charlie

After relocating a few months ago to the Aiken County area, my sister and I were searching for a new apartment complex. After several misses, we were fortunate enough to find Brittany Downs Apartments. We had driven by this complex once before without knowing what a true gem was hidden inside. The environment is unmatched. Ms.Terri (Teresa) is the best apartment consultant either of us have ever had! The process was very smooth and easy to follow! Prices are fairly reasonable and even more so considering the level of knowledge, skill and service I received from the beginning up until the date of my actual move in day. I would have no problem referring Terri to my friends, co-workers and family. Go see her and you won’t be disappointed! I’m excited to join this new community!
