Had wonderful anniversary here. It was so cute that they prepared a card with their name on for celebrating my anniversary. Since it was my first visit there, server showed the real meat on the menu to explain what part and how big the meat they use. Ordered tomahawk steak, spinach and fries for sides and 1/2 dozen oyster to be shared with my husband. Lobster Mac n cheese for my son. We were lucky that they had 1/2 price for wine bottles that day, Wednesday. They have live music every Wed and Sat also. Everything was perfect. Pampas gave us free slice cake and coffee for our anniversary and packed the left over food with extra cupcakes for the next day. Only thing I would expect from them is making some kids menu?

Chris and Gustavo took great care of us! They hooked us up with some amazing dishes. The service was on point, too. you gotta try their seafood tower, that juicy steaks cooked over oak wood, those heavenly empanadas, and the way they whip up the table-side banana foster is just unreal! Trust me, you don’t wanna miss out oh this deliciousness 😋

What happened to this place, is all I can say. This used to be the top steakhouse for our family but this will be our final visit. The steak tasted like a block of salt and char and did not seem of good quality. My lobster tail looked like a mangled mess..not appetizing at all and had terrible flavor. They did bring me a replacement but it was entirely burnt and tasted like it. I have to say that all the tails we had at the table were puny and the lobster mac&cheese was a joke…$22 for 3 tiny bits of lobster smothered by noodles. The service was infuriating, it was a shame we had gratuity included due to our party of 10 because she did not deserve it one bit. Her assistant server deserved it more because he spent more time at our table and was more pleasant than she. We always praised this place for the good food and service but never again. Rethink your decision if you want to eat at this restaurant because it is not the same and certainly not worth the price anymore.

Have been to Pampas before in the past and had excellent food and service. Our last visit, however, was not a great experience. Firstly, we had a reservation and had to wait in the front of the restaurant for ~15 mins for our table while everyone else who walked into the restaurant was immediately seated. When we got to our table, the waiter/staff took so long to greet us and when they did we were met with subpar enthusiasm from our waiter. The wine selection and appetizers came out great but then after we waited forever for our waiter to come back and take our order for entrees. After 45 mins of waiting for our entrees to come out, our food was cold. All in all it’s super disappointing to come to a restaurant you have had great experiences at before and get mediocre service at best and cold food. Really sad we had this experience last night

Pampas was excellent! A group of us celebrated new jobs and a promotion here and we had a great time! We ordered the Tomahawk steak and split it between the three of us. As you can see from the pic, the steak is a very nice proportion and cooked to perfection. The Manhattan (also pictured) had me on cloud 10 after only two drinks lol. Definitely recommend!!

We dined in for our Anniversary dinner and it was our first time here. We were met with friendly faces, excellent service from Stephen and Gustavo, even the gentleman refilling our waters was pleasant. We ordered a Caesar salad for our appetizer, and a bottle of wine to start the evening. We then asked for fan favorites, before deciding on the ribeye and filet. For our sides we chose a few to share. The food came out in a timely manner and the steaks were cooked to perfection- medium rare! For dessert they brought us a complimentary piece of cake. We were very impressed with the service and quality of this dining experience. We will definitely visit again.

Agnes & Silvani were absolutely amazing this evening. We thought Ricardo was going to take care of everything but little did we know that these 2 fine young ladies would captain the ship like they did. I can’t pronounce the name of the steak we had but it was absolutely the most amazing steak we’ve ever had. Move over Chops, Pampas has arrived!

You're greeted immediately by the sweetest hostess! We had reservations for our patty of 4, 3 of which were celebrating birthdays. Pampas makes you feel like a million bucks. Every penny is worth it. AND OUR SERVERS BILLY/JOEL WERE PERFECTION! They were attentive, funny, made great suggestions & made our evening absolutely amazing. We drove from East Cobb to enjoy this place and it did not disappoint. Even the staggering whom helped between to fill drinks, check in on us. If you're looking to treat yourself or someone else, Pampas is TOP NOTCH! Steaks were melt in your mouth! The ambiance was perfect, you can watch the chef cook your steak, the sides are big enough to share with the whole table, not ome single issue!!! If you're reading this, it's your sign TO MAKE YOUR RESERVATION!

I hosted a 50th birthday here in a private room. The booking process was simple and flawless. The room was setup beautifully. Our server, Agnes, I can’t say enough nice things about. Absolutely TOP NOTCH. Food was delicious, best steak I have ever had. Drinks were strong and tasty! Highly recommended!

I love a good steak and was really looking forward to eating here. I'll start by saying the service was impeccable which is why I gave it three stars. Every wait-staff we interacted with was polite, attentive, & helpful. Also, my mom got the Chilean sea bass which she enjoyed very much. If I could use just one word to describe the steaks here, it would be SALTY. Despite topping my (ribeye) steak with roasted mushrooms and bone marrow, it was dry and salty, with absolutely zero marbling. I actually wondered if they had put in an order for a different cut. Then I tasted the skirt steak. Thar too was very salty and also very dry. This was incredibly disappointing as this is a steakhouse whose specialty should be well seasoned steaks. Lastly, and this isn't super important, but we didn't get the little muffins everyone else apparently does. I likely won't be back, as I can do better on my grill.

Can I just say that I had the most superb experience here… Waiters Eyal along with servers Mariana, Ken and a few more were absolutely wonderful. They were so sweet and provided us with quality service especially with most being new visitors to this restaurant. Also the steak was so juicy and tasty and I loved the picturesque atmospheric vibe. I Will definitely be back soon. Give them raises 🙌🏿

Ebone is so particular with her listening skills on what I want as a customer. She gives me choices to pair with my food. She is the best company when I’m here by myself at the bar. I will be back for sure! Ebone rocks Keep doing great!

My family and I celebrate special occasions at Pampas in John's Creek throughout the year. Every visit the entire staff are sincerely welcoming and are just excellent! The food is prepared perfect all of the time and is always superb! Tonight I celebrated my birthday 🎂 and I want to give a special THANK YOU to Eyal & Joel for making it so wonderful! They were totally AWESOME! I highly recommend this fabulous restaurant for a true fine dining experience! Sincerely, Nadine

Love this spot! The service is just amazing all around and honestly sets the bar for steakhouses and high end restaurants service wise! Captain list is good, wish they had more wines, specially more higher end wines but overall good! Will be back!!

Reserved a table for an anniversary dinner though OpenTable which worked out great. Arrived about 20 mins early to our 7:00 reservation and was seated right away. Was given a choice of a table or booth. We chose a table but in hindsight Booth would have been better. Booths are around the edge of the restaurant naturally, and provide a spot for a bit more privacy and quiet conversations. The restaurant was not very full but quickly picked up and was a bit loud in the center where we were seated. The servers were extremely nice and knew items on the menu well and were able to provide suggestions when asked. We both had excellent steaks that were cooked perfectly and well seasoned. The house drinks were also great and professionally made. Overall it was a great time and we definitely will be visiting again.

Convenient location. They have valet parking and limited self parking. However, there is always parking available at the shopping center next door. The food is excellent and cooked to order. We had the salmon and the steak with sides of mashed potatoes and grean beans. The Caesar salad was a little dry ... could have had a little more dressing. A good selection of wines and well stacked bar. They had a live piano player with vocals. Friendly and efficient wait staff.

It was my wife and I’s two year anniversary and I decided to take my wife here for dinner. We came to the steakhouse not knowing what to expect. What I can tell the people who are thinking of coming here to eat is that you definitely should come here for a special occasion or just for dinner. The customer service was extraordinary and the food was amazing. My steak was cooked to perfection and they gave us a big cake to celebrate. We couldn’t have asked for a better anniversary dinner. Thank you Pampas for making our special night a memorable one!

Had an amazing dinning experience at Pampas. The food was very delicious, I ordered the rack of lamb and mashed potatoes and for dessert I ordered the creme brulee. The creme brulee was good as well but I wish that they had given more berries. They give you bread before your meal. There was live music; piano and singing. This a very nice restaurant to go to for an anniversary or a mature birthday celebration or an other special occasion. Our waitress gave excellent service. There were crumbs from me eating the bread on the table and she got them up quickly when she noticed they were there. They gave us each a raisin muffin to take home with us. I don't like raisins, so the muffin minus the raisins were good. They give you very nice bags to take your leftovers home. They have valet parking if you choose to have it. Definitely try this restaurant.

Oh, let me tell you about the service here! Erin and Gustavo were super friendly and attentive. it was my birthday dinner and they had hand written card and complimentary birthday cake (enough to feed a family of 4). They made sure we had everything we needed and were always ready to answer any questions we had about the menu. Their recommendations were spot on too! Overall, the service was top-notch and made the dining experience even more enjoyable. I definitely give the servers a big thumbs up! 👍

Came in for my husbands birthday, with reservations on a Friday evening. We arrived earlier than expected and were seated immediately. We ordered the Ceviche as an appetizer from the raw bar selection. It was very good. We also got the Empanadas, which always satisfy. I ordered the Salmon with the bok choy and carrots and got the Truffle potatoes au gratin as an extra side. My husband ordered the Surf and Turf, which was a fillet coupled with Chilean sea bass. He ordered his steak prepared Oscar Style (delicious, for an extra $19), and a side of spinach. Everything was pretty good. The potatoes were a little overcooked this time and the spinach was a bit bland. But everything else was great. The service was good, but it seemed like we had 4 servers giving us attention and it felt like every 2 minutes someone would pop in and ask if we’re okay, or take something from the table. It became slightly annoying because we were having a conversation and were interrupted repeatedly in a short period of time. I wanted to keep munching on my food, but servers kept coming up and taking away plates and boxing them up for us. I felt a bit rushed. They brought out a large piece of cake at the end in celebration of the birthday, and it was tasty. We were there approximately one hour, maybe 75 minutes at most. We left with 4 bags of boxed food (could have been consolidated into one if they didn’t keep taking and boxing things separately). That was the only negative portion of this particular visit. I’ll still give them 5 stars, one of our favorite restaurants.

Exceptional service is where it starts and ends! The bartenders are entertaining and experts in their field. Food is amazing with great steak options that you dont find anywhere. I thoroughly enjoyed the Delmonico which was cooked to perfection. The brussel sprouts side dish is unlike any I have ever had. We were surprised with the complimentary dessert that tasted so rich and delicious. I highly recommend Pampas if you want quality food coupled with the amazing customer service!

Pampas has really good service, tasty steaks, family style sides, and a good selection of wines. I thought the selection of ports and after dinner cordials was a nice touch. The waiters Joel and Tanya were great at explaining what made Pampas unique and were willing to be authentic and not simply formal. I give 4 stars because the main room is clearly too loud, and thankfully I was in a side room. I think the lack of parking was caused by having too many valet spots, though it was complimentary. I recommend for a nice luxurious dinner. If I lived here would be a great romantic dinner when less busy. =) Dessert selection was very nice after a good steak!

I had the opportunity to visit Pampas Steakhouse in Atlanta and I must say that I was impressed by the overall experience. From the moment I walked in, I could sense the great ambiance in the establishment. The decor was elegant and sophisticated, creating a cozy and pleasant atmosphere for diners. One of the things that stood out to me was the attention to detail when it came to the tableware and accessories. Each plate and utensil was carefully selected, adding a special touch to the presentation of the food. It was evident that they put effort into providing a complete and high-quality dining experience. The quality of the food at Pampas Steakhouse was exceptional, especially when it came to their meats. The cuts were tender, juicy, and full of flavor. I had the pleasure of enjoying a perfectly cooked steak accompanied by delicious sides that further enhanced its taste. This place definitely knows how to treat a good piece of meat. The wine selection was also impressive. Pampas Steakhouse offers a wide variety of wines from different regions and grape varieties, allowing you to find the perfect option to complement each dish. Wine enthusiasts will undoubtedly appreciate the careful selection they offer. However, what truly made my experience outstanding was the service, particularly from our waiter, Gustavo. From the moment we sat down, Gustavo provided impeccable service. His knowledge of the menu and wine list was impressive, and he was able to offer personalized recommendations based on our tastes and preferences. Gustavo's friendliness and attentiveness throughout the evening really made a difference. He made sure we were comfortable at all times and that our needs were met. His professionalism and passion for his work were reflected in every interaction, making us feel welcome and well taken care of.

I had not been in a few years. Service was disappointing. Total amateur hour. Was asked pre check in and 3 times during service if was a special occasion. Waiting on drinks early and main waiter brings out someone else’s desert. Clears steak knives twice pre main course. Food was ok. I waited a week to post because I wanted to think about it. I feel like high ratings from years past has maybe gone to someone’s head. Steak and Sea Bass way over salted. The tigger for me though was a clueless main waiter dropping mistakes all over the place with his team. Maybe too much focus which is obvious is on other table to go bags on chairs and morning muffins versus focusing on the actual tables. I’d rather have great service live instead of a to go breakfast muffin. I spoke to a manger. Hopefully better service next time. I could go on and on about dropped balls like wondering which course it was, or the steak presentation that never happened, or asking about if we wanted desert or coffee twice after already ordered, but those were just a few. Glad the other table got their to go bags though.

Our servers Agnes and Tanya were amazing. Food was delicious including dessert. Our first time but won’t be our last! A little pricey, but if you dine dine, it won’t be a shock,

First time at Pampas for a birthday dinner with the family. The food was amazing- especially the lobster bisque, medium rare rib-eye, and bone marrow. Our servers, Geizi and Melissa were out of this world pleasant. I was also impressed with the birthday cake they brought out. Overall, 10/10 experience and would definitely go again.

We had a holiday party in Pampas Steakhouse. Both of the food and the service are perfect! I love the Sea bass and those vegetables, cooked just fine! The Fran cheesecake is so special, the style and taste great!

Starting with the positive- Great location, complimentary parking, amazing atmosphere and the live music was phenomenal. The Staff was very friendly and majority are very attentive. Unfortunately our experience was not as great as expected from a fine dining stablishment. Although majority of the Staff was great our waiter lacked charisma and made the impression he was being bothered when we asked for additional items. Additionally he was on his phone and distracted a good portion of the time. In terms of food the price is as expected for a fine dining experience and the portions are fair however the quality of the entrees was disappointing. We ordered the tomahawk steak which although perfectly cooked, the meat was not the quality expected as it was full of nerves and frankly not edible. We ended up taking it home for the dog. The sides had good portions and were tasty and the tuna tartar (appetizer) was the highlight of the meal. Overall would not recommend this place as there are better options that offer a higher quality for less.

I typically frequent another high-end steakhouse but Pampas came highly recommended to me. We visited tonight for my husband's birthday. We had the seafood tower, brick steak, lobster tortellini, lobster Mac n cheese, and the birthday cake. All of it was amazing! The service is also outstanding and they had love music on a Friday night. We will be returning and bringing friends.

  • 5/5 Yuval B. 1 year ago on Google
Before I even talk about the food, I have to say something about the service. It was impeccable. Our server was very knowledgeable about the types of meat, recommended a delicious cocktail, came to check how everything is not too often. We ordered the crab cake and shrimp for starters - both were perfect. For the steaks we ordered the bone-in ribeye and the brick (fillet) - both were cooked to perfection. I had to add a touch of salt to increase the flavors but that a personal choice. Will definitely return.

This place is totally awesome. I ordered the lambchop and my wife ordered the steak. Food was absolutely delicious. It was our anniversary dinner and pampas brought out a huge cake! That was a great surprise. I have been here a few times and I love their decor and menu. On Wednesdays they have half off wine and sometimes you can drink the Opus one for 50% off which is totally worth it. This place us not cheap though, you can easily spend $150 per person which includes 2 drinks and an entree.

Pampas was an amazing experience! We celebrated our 19th anniversary here and it was everything and more! The food was fresh and cooked perfectly! Our waiters Perry and Ken were very attentive and hands down provided some of the best service I've ever experienced. We got the 17 Oz fried lobster and beef carpaccio for appetizers and I ordered a spinalis steak *not on menu very popular just ask for it* it literally melted in my mouth. My husband ordered surf and turf *filet mignon and Chilean seabass* the seabass was fresh and prepared just right. I've been a long time since 2005 Morton Steakhouse VIP member with dedicated wine locker and all and this is the only Steakhouse I've experienced that can beat them out in all categories. The management staff whatever they're doing need to keep doing! Do yourselves a favor and just go!

We came here to celebrate my friend's birthday with drinks and dessert, but I've been here previously for dinner. We sat at the bar area and enjoyed the company of the bartenders. They really ensured we had a great time. (Thank you guys!) Overall, I'd say the food here is fantastic. The creme brulee is delish, and their cocktails are tasty, with great presentation. I'd highly recommend!
