Very impressed with my first visit. I saw Dr Nick. He took time to listen to my dental history, advised on future care, took x- rays, did a general check- up and clean and spent time explaining any future problems I may have. I was very happy with the level of professionalism and the care I received from both Nick and his assistant. Very, very happy with my choice of new dentist.

Amazing customer service, very professional and it seems the have the latest technology to give the best dentistry experience possible. They actually made going to the dentist an enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend.

I’m impressed with how advanced dentistry has come. But really what clients want is trust more than anything. Thanks for opportunities to speak I often feel I should learn Morse code to communicate with eye blinks, so it was nice to be able to occasionally talk. Ive never been a fan of dental surgeries however from walking in the door initially i felt at easy, it was great calm environment and they took things slow and Dr Charles was very reassuring. Would highly recommend this place to nervous or uneasy clients. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Im due back for another appointment soon but i'm definitely feeling better about it now.

I recently visited Terrigal Dental + Orthodontics due to a broken filling that had been troubling me for a few months. After thorough research, I chose this clinic, and I'm extremely glad I did. Dr. Nick Chen came highly recommended, and he truly lived up to his reputation. Both he and the assisting nurse were exceptionally gentle and took the time to explain the process before and after the treatment, significantly easing my anxiety about dental visits. What really stood out was Dr. Chen's dedication. He went above and beyond by following up with a phone call after my treatment, a gesture that was particularly impressive considering the clinic was closed on Saturday. It’s heartwarming to see a dentist so committed to his patients. I can’t recommend Dr. Nick Chen and Terrigal Dental + Orthodontics highly enough.

Due to a broken tooth and not being able to get into my regular dentist, I needed to make an appointment and be treated at very short notice. The clinic was very accommodating, were able to fit me in and even offered me an earlier appointment that I wasn't able to take up. The clinic and staff were very welcoming, the dentist explained my treatment options and put me at ease. The treatment and service was first class and I'd have no hesitation in recommending them or utilising their services again.

So impressed with my experience at this dental practice yesterday. The staff were all friendly and welcoming and Dr Nick Wilding was just a wonderful professional person that made me feel confident by just being there. Left there feeling really good.

First visit, we were treated with kindly friendly people, that showed us as well as other clients great respect. The Terrigal Dental were very professional, made us feel belonged and welcomed. Had my first appointment at Terrigal Dental and was very impressed with the modern equipment and friendliness of staff & Dentist. I took advantage of the "New Patient Offer" which is well worthwhile. I have very sensitive teeth & at my previous dentist having them cleaned would cause sharp pain - pleased to say that at Terrigal Dental there was no pain at all. Will now be making Terrigal Dental my regular Dentist.

Wow what a day! Today my braces came off! I have to admit I/they look stunning! From the moment I was in discussions with Dr Charles (about braces) to yesterday, he understood the outcome I was hoping to achieve with my teeth. Dr Charles and the girls made the whole (almost 2 years) process so easy and comfortable. Each step of the Dr Charles explained what was next and what was happening. I always felt at ease and in great hands. Dr Charles “bedside” manner is lovey, he is so respectful and is amazing at teaching his assistants “on the job training”. I cannot recommend Dr Charles enough. My daughter also had her braces done with him, and again he paid her the same respect and achieved an amazing outcome. Thank you so much Terrigal Dental, I can’t stop smiling!

I have been going to Terrigal Dental for several years and the staff are always friendly and helpful and Dr Charles is an excellent dentist. The practice is bright, airy, has up to date technology and is a pleasant experience even if you aren't keen on dentist visits.
