My favorite McDonalds! The staff look happy and well groomed. The food I have gotten so far after 5-6 visits have been freshly cooked/made. It’s not the easiest branch to drive into because it’s near a busy roundabout intersection but it’s to my advantage as there’s plenty of parking spaces and the restaurant is always clean.

The wheels really have fallen off here. 15 minute wait for a coffee, barely cooked sausages McMuffin and staff completely overwhelmed with no idea what was going on. Whoever the franchisee is, I’d start by spending some time in your store at peak times to see how it’s going and judged your customer service standards for yourself. Your store lacks leadership and basic organisation skills.

Service was relatively quick. Had to send a toastie back that could do with a little more heat. But standard Macca's fare similar to other places.

Received a half-filled McFlurry's here today and several times last week - all my frozen cokes were 3/4 filled. Honestly, what a sick joke. What a waste of time and money. Update: May 2023. I wish I could rate these guys a 1 star again. All I wanted was a frappe and they said it wasn't available. Worst restaurant on the central coast, should be closed down 👎

SUCH FANTASTIC COFFEE!!! Should win awards in the state!! Service was so professional. Just exemplary beyond words. Wonderful terrific.

Have a look at this beautiful beast! Seriously good looking burger, great staff on duty and just overall good experience. One of the top McDonald's we've been to. Highly recommend.

What a whacked out joint with bad service. They falsely claim to be 24/7 but I got there at 2am and was told the systems are updating, were closed come back in an hour. What a joke

After 16klms of the Coastal walk, this is all we wanted to recover. The staff was really nice and courteous. All proactive even when it was quiet, cleaning, refilling and the place was really clean, including the bathrooms.

Don’t order in the drive through, we always get the order wrong. Such a bad service.

We just had a takeaway and my husband ordered the salad as a side. It considered of lettuce and 4 cherry tomatoes. He ordered a dressing and that wasn’t in the order. Seriously pick up your game maccas Kincumber

There are times when staff are louder than the kids' playroom, and service a bit slow..only go as it's convenient other wise I wouldn't bother

Apparently parking 4 People in a 2 person bay is becoming common place here, recommend handing back your Sundae/McFlurry or whatever else you don't want melting because they'll give you that first and ask you to park while 4 people are in the waiting bay & they'll still mess up your order, Also can you guys just shut 1 of the Microphones? If you've got no way of telling who got there first/you've got one person who's never watching the screen it doesn't really matter at that point.

The restaurant is very unclean, I visited in the afternoon and had to come back the next day and the same mess was still on the tables and floor. Bathrooms are disgusting. Food was thrown together, egg next to the mcmuffin and always missing cutlery or sauces. Pretty disappointing service waiting for your food and watching staff whip out their phones to take pictures of the orders and posting it onto their snapchat stories in front of you. The coffee is always spot on though.

Got too much salty hash brown, when gave complain one of the crews said it's just fried now that's why salty, another manager or crew said give another one. I replied I don't need another just gave a complain so that next time no mistake. I never expect thus type of customer service from Mac. I tried lots of hash brown before but never found too much salty hash brown. If someone give complain first thing is need to justify whether customer saying true or not, then apologies for the mistake not like just give a funny feedback to customer that just now fried that's why salty. Learn customer service please.

Large caramel frappe was very nice. Helped on drive to Sydney. Jesus loves you.

The park is ok for the kids and some of the staff are quite friendly when they finally ecknoledge you that's what you get for fast food these days I suppose FML 🤦

For the last day of 30 day 30 deals I got a large caramel sundae with an apple pie on the side. I waited at 9:00-9:45pm for that little order. When i got the sundae there was little to no caramel sauce and the apple pie was cold. My friend got a large caramel sundae for the deal and 2 medium chips and a small chips. It took the same amount of time about mine and the chips were cold and had no salt on them whatsoever. When i went back in to get an exchange for the chips they blatantly ignored me and said I had to wait for the chips when it could take less than 5 minutes. There was also 2 workers actually working and about 3 just standing around talking, on their phone etc.

New range of chocolate soft serve unavailable - chocolate shake had no flavour - drive through exceptionally slow Sat 9pm. Very few cars in carpark and restaurant near empty. Staff very average. What was going on there tonight

Whoever was the fella on the night shift ( 24th December) made the best meal I’ve ever had and deserves a raise for running that thing solo, love you.
