no humans at checkout. Self check out had a huge line and all the lines were not working, all four computers or saying, customer needs assistance to check out. This was a terrible experience. It took an extraordinary amount of time to wait for the one person to be able to help us check out. What a joke. I will choose Lowes next time.

Below average HD. Nothing really notable, except employees never greeted or acknowledged the presence of any customers I saw - walking by and not ever asking if they could help, and seemingly 'bothered' when asked for directions to products. Shelves reasonably stocked. 'Cept the one item I had gone there for - out.

The store itself is ok it's their supposed price match guarantee they claim to offer. After entering the store and going to customer service to ensure the item I was going to purchase would be price matched with the ad I had from Ace hardware, the associate spoke to a manager describing the details, the manager they spoke with stated they would honor it. My first mistake, not getting names. After going with an associate to get the item, bring it back to the register (as I was asked to do) the manager can't be reached. Associates called several times over the next half hour and were told when they were able to reach them, the manager was coming, another 10 minutes later now they are "busy". Ultimately, after having me stand there waiting for them for an hour the assistant manager finally walked up and immediately due to their tone of voice I knew they would not honor the price match. The assistant stated they would only take $100 off the item. The price match was a discount of $150. I don't know if their game plan was to offer less and figured since I stood there waiting I would just take that but I didn't. I walked out and ordered it from Ace. All of the associates at the customer service desk were wonderful and did everything they could, it's the poor management. It is the manager (s) that stated they would honor the price. It was the manager(s) that allowed a customer to stand and wait over one hour for them. It was the managers(s) that went back on the original agreement to price match, something they claim is standard on the home Depot website

This place is the worst place to be. Purchased a shelf and needed to cut it a few inches. Waited 35mins. The lumber dept employees had a sun bathing outside and didn't care about the customers. Went to return the shelf. Had to wait another 30 min.

Not too homey. Not too depoty. Way too many camera things that beep every time you move and records your face (creepy stalker vibe) the beeping annoys the bleep out of me and offends the nation as a whole on many levels. Be prepared for elevated blood pressure when you leave the depot, Homey. All I wanted was a kit to test for lead paint in my home to avoid death. They no longer carry it.

Place suckkksssss they have 10$ wrenches and screw drivers tripled pad locked plus added usual California losers that are paged 10 times for assistance. Waste of life l. Waste your life. avoid store at all costs

Home Depot is way better than Lowes. Friendly people and the store layout makes sense. Bring their APP with you, and you find what you need in no time.

There is a reason why you do not have HD do any install for your home. Customer service is the worst! No matter what the project is do yourself a favor and spend a little more with independent company to install. Better yet, by the goods like windows, plumbing, counters elsewhere. Sure, there are a few of you that service worked but I bet there are a whole lot that would confirm what I am writing. HD Service sucks and their contractors are no better.

Waited 15 minutes to have someone open a cage to get a power tool to purchase. All the employees I asked said they needed to find someone to open the cage. The one employee who actually paged someone to come to my location, spoiler no one came, when I came back to ask for a manager informed me she could open the cage but can't lift anything. I stated I could pick up the tool after she opened the padlock. She said that she could not do that. That was my limit and I walked out.

Hardware shop and I like their garden center very much. Roam around to watch all those flowers and plants. Home Depot my best hardware shop and always have any of them in stock.

I placed an order online for heavy garden supplies and thanks to these strong employees Karla and Oreya for helping me load the heavy bags into my vehicle. I really appreciate their patience, good spirit and arm strength!

I just want to give props out to the Home Depot flooring department. There was a gentleman name, Mike M. Who wrote up the contract to lay flooring and Michele was my to go person after the contract was written mike went through a lot to make sure it was affordable for us Michele went over and beyond delivering products and flooring, and other things that I didn’t have once it was time for the Remodel. She drove in her car over to my place to make sure that everything was done properly and made sure I had enough equipment. She is the sweetest young lady ever I pray that life gives you back, Michele whatever you put in Mike thank you for ..making this affordable. Today I went to Home Depot with my 2yo son, and at self checkout there was this employee named Ryan. He greeted us in a friendly way and proactively helped us scan our items in order to speed up the process. That’s a good example of what good customer service should look like!

We bought plants today and it was a decent selection. However there are far too many people I side the nursery and there is no space for shopping carts. I got a little claustrophobic. Won't go back on a weekend!

I rated a 3 only because I can never find help. Inventory is great once you can find the item you're searching for.

Stassi and Artrice are so fun and genuinely love their jobs. They helped me get a few kids workshop kits for my kids when we were unable to attend because of a wedding. All they asked for were a high five for each kit, which I gladly gave. Stassi and Artrice really brightened my day from the moment one of them answered the phone singing happily. The kids (and neighbors) all made the napkin holders this week and really enjoyed the process. Thanks!
