The
store
itself
is
ok
it's
their
supposed
price
match
guarantee
they
claim
to
offer.
After
entering
the
store
and
going
to
customer
service
to
ensure
the
item
I
was
going
to
purchase
would
be
price
matched
with
the
ad
I
had
from
Ace
hardware,
the
associate
spoke
to
a
manager
describing
the
details,
the
manager
they
spoke
with
stated
they
would
honor
it.
My
first
mistake,
not
getting
names.
After
going
with
an
associate
to
get
the
item,
bring
it
back
to
the
register
(as
I
was
asked
to
do)
the
manager
can't
be
reached.
Associates
called
several
times
over
the
next
half
hour
and
were
told
when
they
were
able
to
reach
them,
the
manager
was
coming,
another
10
minutes
later
now
they
are
"busy".
Ultimately,
after
having
me
stand
there
waiting
for
them
for
an
hour
the
assistant
manager
finally
walked
up
and
immediately
due
to
their
tone
of
voice
I
knew
they
would
not
honor
the
price
match.
The
assistant
stated
they
would
only
take
$100
off
the
item.
The
price
match
was
a
discount
of
$150.
I
don't
know
if
their
game
plan
was
to
offer
less
and
figured
since
I
stood
there
waiting
I
would
just
take
that
but
I
didn't.
I
walked
out
and
ordered
it
from
Ace.
All
of
the
associates
at
the
customer
service
desk
were
wonderful
and
did
everything
they
could,
it's
the
poor
management.
It
is
the
manager
(s)
that
stated
they
would
honor
the
price.
It
was
the
manager(s)
that
allowed
a
customer
to
stand
and
wait
over
one
hour
for
them.
It
was
the
managers(s)
that
went
back
on
the
original
agreement
to
price
match,
something
they
claim
is
standard
on
the
home
