    The Apartment looked great and this was the only apartment with decent reviews. No doubt this place had good reviews, the move in was smooth and our requests were taken care by the team very well. Tanaya and John were happy to help us out everytime we requested something. The office staffs are friendly and accommodating. The apartment looks great from the outside and also the houses are large and comfortable, well insulated with heating and air conditioning. The move in is easy as the lifts are spacious to accommodate your things. The maintenance team is also really quick. They have food truck every Thursday, organize movie nights, the swimming pool is great and the Bart and buses are stones throw from the apartment. Also the shopping places are just a few minutes away. The living room,kitchen and bathrooms had ample lights, but the bed rooms did not have lights and also no provision for fitting lights on the wall, so had to buy standing lights for both the rooms.Even though the rent is on the higher side, you won't regret renting this place as it offers a pleasant and enjoyable living space.

    We absolutely love our apartment; it's beautiful and spacious, and the amenities are great! We have also had a wonderful experience with John at the Leasing Office. He is incredibly responsive, efficient, and kind. Every time we have needed something from the Leasing Office, Jon has responded promptly and efficiently! The only reason I put 4/5 stars is because our hallway always smells of something gross.

    We've lived here for 1.5 years and only have positive things to say about Avalon! The leasing office, Tanaya in particular, is quick to answer any questions and was extremely helpful assisting us in transferring units within the building. The whole team does a great job keeping the community informed and running smooth. The gym, pool, and package room are really nice and the proximity to BART and nearby shops is an added perk as well. Would definitely recommend Avalon Dublin Station to friends/family!

    Henry S. He is really great person every morning l go to work at 5:30 am he is there doing clean every morning. What stood out the most was his dedication to ensuring everything was completed to the highest standard. He went above and beyond, demonstrating a deep understanding of his craft and a genuine care for customer satisfaction. His work area was always left clean and organized, which is a testament to his respect for the client’s space. I highly recommenD HENRY S. for any maintenance needs. His expertise, coupled with his courteous and helpful attitude, makes him a true asset in this field. I will definitely be calling him for any future maintenance tasks.” What l don’t like about this place Also please follow this “I wanted to express my concerns regarding the current situation in our small community park, which is primarily designated for pets. While I fully respect and appreciate having a space for our furry friends, I am increasingly concerned about the lack of cleanliness in the area. It has come to my attention that some pet owners are not adhering to the basic etiquette of cleaning up after their dogs. This negligence not only affects the cleanliness and aesthetic of our shared space but also poses a health risk to other pets and residents. I strongly feel that the management should enforce more stringent rules regarding pet maintenance in the park. Implementing fines or more visible signage about the importance of cleaning up after pets might encourage better compliance. It’s essential for all of us to work together to maintain the cleanliness and safety of our communal spaces. Thank you for considering this matter. I believe that with the right measures, we can ensure that the park remains a clean, enjoyable, and safe environment for everyone.”

    I’ve had a great experience so far with this community. From my appointment with John, to getting my keys with Jamie, to my emails getting answered thoroughly and professionally by Evelyn and Lea, and an impromptu introduction by Brandon, and I can’t forget my wonderful experiences with Anthony and Henry from the maintenance team, I’ve had wonderful interactions with everyone. There are a couple of other maintenance team members I’ve met but wasn’t able to remember their names at the time of this review. My apologies. I feel like a valued member of the community, and the only downside is that I didn’t lease here sooner. Is it the least expensive community around? No, it’s not, but rent is high everywhere, and I like being close to BART and appreciate the access codes that I can have texted to a guest rather than giving someone my key. I haven’t seen any dog waste around the community which I appreciate. I had been meaning to write a review and am glad I had the opportunity to do so now. Thank you to the team. I really appreciate living in this community in my new (apartment) home!

    Lived for 12 months from 2021 - 2022. Here are pros and cons: Pros: 1. Close to Bart. 2. Good maintance staffs. 3. John from leasing office is very responsive. 4. Well-maintained building. Cons: 1. Weed. Expect to smell through your windows and air vent. 2. Price increase. The new quote we received was about 15% increase after 12 months lease and they put a lower price for the same unit than the listed rent cost on our quote. 3. Move-out fees: I wasn't aware to give them back a cardboard parking pass as leasing office told me that "You just need to drop off keys." Then, they called me the next day after I moved out that they will charge me over $100 if I do not return it by that day. Additionally, I dropped off all keys on the day of move-out at the drop-off box as instructed and they charged me over $100 late fee anyway because they picked it up the next day morning. 4. Noise: Huge construction going on by Bart garage and wall is paper thin. + people doing donuts at the bart garage and speeding every morning. I recommend this place if you are a commuter without kids and enjoy loud noises with a smell of weed every weekends!

    The leasing team at Avalon Dublin is great! Very helpful to issues I need assistance with. Sometimes I get to work with staff more than others like Lea & John (also fab and appreciate their support :) ) and the maintenance team does good work too!
