My PFT Technician Rico was absolutely amazing! He had walked me through all the steps and made it so simple. Clear instructions and very knowledgeable. In addition, the facility and staffs were really nice. Rico was wonderful and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Very professional and helpful staff. Rico was very helpful when I brought my mother for her appointment. He took time to educate and explain in detail. I have tried 6 times to call in today I have called from 2 different cell phones 1 landline. I have been put on hold 30 min. Each time they say they can’t hear me my phone keeps cutting out the receptionist is very rude I tried to explain if I call back you just put me on hold. All I need is a phone number. 1 min conversation tops but I have to play this game. She told me they have over 80 patients I agree but there’s none more important than the one you are talking to now or whomever calls Need more training

I had such a nice, calm experience with Rico during my visit. He made me feel at peace during the duration of my appointment. Extremely thorough instructions were provided and step by step explanation of the process throughout.

Rico did my my pft test and not only was he awesome to talk to but he was a great coach. Honestly if you don’t have a good coach during the test I could see it being pretty difficult but Rico made the test easy and fun! He’s also a total pro and knows what he’s doing. Thanks again Rico!

Great practice! Rico, the respiratory therapist was truly outstanding. Great personality, very professional, knows exactly what he’s doing and makes what could’ve been an unpleasant experience, truly fun. Dr Nick Pakzad is a rare find, heart of gold, gifted physician, and treated my elderly mother like a family member. Can’t say enough good things.
