My boyfriend and I happened to stumble across this place after a nice day at Hakone Gardens. We ordered the iced matcha coffee and the iced mocha coffee. Both were so delicious, light and had the perfect amount of sweetness. Subtle and very flavorful. We shared a matcha cream puff as well which was so delicious... it was airy, creamy and very flavorful.

I've been coming here for years, and the experience is always worth the trip! Sue's Gallery is one of the few places you can enjoy your coffee while enjoying the beautiful artwork from the owner. I've purchased two mugs from here in the past and recently added one of their pitchers to my collection. I've had a few drinks here over the year and they've all been solid: - Sparkling yuzu: great if you're not feeling coffee! - Vanilla latte: I get mine with oatmilk. It's a great level of sweetness. - Matcha latte: pretty standard - Aztec hot chocolate: a unique taste of hot chocolate! I got this the first time I came here and was pleasantly surprised. It seems since COVID they've blocked off their second floor seating, but the gallery seating continues to be open. The team is super patient and helpful while you make your selection, be sure to ask them any questions you have; in my experience, they've all super knowledgeable. :) The street parking situation can be super volatile. Some days, it's a hellscape, other days it's a walk in the park. Carpool if you can!

Tried the charcoal latte. It was beautifully presented. It tastes like black sesame and is on the sweet side. Very different from regular latte but impressive. I will definitely go back to try other drinks.

Really fantastic stop at the end of Big Basin downtown. The pastries never fail to be delicious and fresh, and the espresso is really rounded out quite nicely.

Cute cafe with many pottery pieces made by the owner. Coffee was decent. Toast was average. My one complaint is that there is no temperature control inside so it is really cold on a winter morning.

Sue's has the best coffee.. aromatic, full of flavor and not acidic. 💯 Our drinks (matcha latte and cappuccino) were made perfectly, and the outdoor setting is exactly where you want to hang on a beautiful day like today. Our server was very knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely coming back!

This cafe has a really beautiful patio and two indoor spaces - one with tables and chairs and one for ordering. I ordered the matcha latte and it was perfectly balanced - not too sweet and not too bitter. This place is a great spot for sitting outside and reading in the sun, or getting a little work done on your laptop if you are lucky enough to snag and indoor spot. Check it out!

This is my favorite cafe in the South Bay! I honestly love their drinks and the food so much! They also sell pastries from one of my favorite bakery, Satura Patisserie in Los Altos. Their coffee latte and hojicha latte are both very good. I prefer my coffee to be smooth, not acidic nor bitter, and this one checks all the boxes. I have tried all the bites on their menu except for Matcha Granola (and honestly at this point, I’m pretty sure that’s delicious as well!). My favorite one has to be the mascarpone toast! The mascarpone pairs perfectly with mixed berries, and the add on of yuzu marmalade, candied lemon, and drizzle of honey… this is what heaven tastes like! My second favorite would be the toast with spread. I highly recommend yuzu marmalade, earl grey milk tea and garlic herb & cheese! if you love salty and sweet like me, you can pick one salty spread and one sweet spread. I have revisited this cafe so many times. I can’t wait to go back already!

Love this cafe in Saratoga. They serve good options for coffee and food. They also serve pastries and cakes from Satura cakes (Los Altos)

I got Japanese cheese cake and hot matcha latte. The cheese cake was fluffy and moist. It really hit the spot. I’d like to try more stuff next time.

Latte was really tasty and beautiful. Service is nice but you need to bus your own table. The cream puff was creamy and very nice. Not too sweet.

Sue’s is a staple. The coffee is great, the vibe is great, the staff are some of the best people on the planet and now friends! This place is popular so the line can be pretty long during rush hour but it’s well worth the wait. The attention to detail with the drinks are so good and it’s actually some of the best coffee I’ve had in the bay. In the summertime when it’s hot out the pomegranate ades are clutch. It’s a great place to work from but also to just hang out. When the weather is nice the outdoor seating is *chef’s kiss* I usually meet a bunch of friends here whenever I’m back in town so it always feels like home. The staff always remember my name and order and they’re genuinely some of the sweetest people on earth. I love sues. Also the ceramics are awesome and the jazz in the gallery is really chill.

Been coming to Sue’s for years. Excellent espresso drinks — and coffee alternatives for folks who don’t drink coffee/espresso. Sue’s does flat whites very well, they have a great matcha, a refreshing yuzu tea, and their charcoal latté is a unique and tasty offering — all served on their own handmade ceramic drinkware. They have non-dairy milk choices as well. The staff is always super friendly (James is wonderful to chat with and super hospitable). Place has a great, super chill vibe.

Since moving to the Bay Area, Sue’s quickly became our go to cafe for weekend reading, remote work in a calm and greenery atmosphere and delicious matcha. Their matcha puffs are also a big hit. I love the outside space and the ceramics inside, which can also be purchased. Only downside to this place is it’s gained popularity, which makes it a bit crowded on weekends and peak hours. But can wholeheartedly recommend a stop by Sue’s!

Very good location but very expensive. Coffee and cheesecake and tip is $20. Limited parking spot. Pumpkin latte is visually good but not hot enough right after served and disappointed. Request to warm coffee and owner served with remade hot latte. Satisfied. It would be wonderful if they serve filtered water, instead of tap water. It smells chlorine on water.

Went to this coffee spot for the first time on Memorial Day with my 11 week old puppy. The customer service was warm and welcoming! We were also blown away by the avocado toast! Unfortunately, the only downside was that there were a lot of people studying and some people took a bigger table than they would need (but that's not Sue's Gallery's fault :)) I definitely recommend this place and would love to go again! Very dog friendly!

Really awesome spot. Tasty and unique drinks (Ube lattes, charcoal lattes) and a cool atmosphere. There's a little gallery where you can buy their hand crafted mugs! A little crowded, but this place has every right to be popular.

Coffee was average. Charcoal latte was interesting but not so special (I was able to add one espresso shot to it). A stronger coffee flavor will work. But I love and enjoy the vibe of seating outdoor at the shop. The decoration with lots of handmade cups are also nice. Parkings on the street are available.

Quick stop for a double espresso after a ride. Just what was needed! Plenty of seating inside and out. I'll be back to try the bread next time, which I'm assured is good.

Nice cafe in the Saratoga downtown It has a vibe which is to observe. It was crowded on a Saturday noon but we still manage to get a nice place to sit. Kids had hot chocolate and they said it was yum. We had chai latte and coffee which were great :) Recommended

We got the Charcoal Latte, Aztec and Mocha along with Avocado toast. Everything was tasty though the Charcoal latte had a weird scent, give it a try for sure! The surrounding area is super pretty :)

My stomach didn’t feel that great after the avocado sandwich, but the food is overall good quantity and features very interesting recipes. So I would come here again

It's a nice cafe to study at with the basics--coffee and snacks. Well kept space, just okay food. We ordered the toast with spread, earl gray milk jam, and yuzu marmalade. For drinks, I got the cold brew. The cold brew felt like 75% crushed ice and some coffee. If you order x2 toast it's essentially 5$ per toast. The flavors for the spread were muted, nothing really stood out for me or popped out. It might be good if you are looking for a light flavor. This place is a good spot for the scenery and maintenance, but I wouldn't go here to eat.

Love checking out small coffee shops in different neighborhoods and especially when I’m traveling near or far. Saw this place was highly rated so I was looking forward to checking them out. Ordered a matcha latte, drip coffee and avocado toast. Everything was just ok. I wished the matcha latte was hotter since it was a big drink. Nice space to chill and gather with friends. Worth checking out maybe the other items on the menu are better.

Cute cafe. Delicious drinks and desserts. I tried hojicha latte, it was really nice. But I wished the tea taste was slightly stronger and creamier (personally preference)
