Followed instructions, downloaded app, paid for parking, accidentally got one letter wrong in reg. number on app, wrote nice e-mail explaining, provided proof that had paid and mistake genuine, Indigo's own evidence matched my car with payment...... They still decided to enforce the fine in full knowledge that I had paid for their service. In any other industry this behaviour would be illegal (they didn't even offer to refund the parking payment).... so why do they have so many government contracts?

If I could give 0 I would. Absolute disgrace - app didn't work whilst trying to pay, got a parking fine. Fair enough, bit of an error but thought this could be resolved. Appealed fine, sent screenshot of app error, they also got the make of car wrong on my 'fine' notice. Got a generic response declining my appeal - I have subsequently tried to appeal this and get in contact with customer support. No response. Fine increase to £100 and sent to debt collectors without informing me or my knowledge. now £170 fine for a £5 parking ticket... this is beyond a joke it is a disgrace!!!!! Using threat of litigation to force people to pay while not responding is not the way to run a company.

These deplorable bog rats do not deserve even Google's lowest accolade of a single star. Having obviously never sent me my initial PCN, I was sent a threatening debt collection letter from an agent working on SABAs behalf demanding I make a payment of £170 or they'll send some heavies round to take my belongings. Having politely and repeatedly informed them that due process had not been followed, I was ignored consistently and eventually told that they were unwilling to show a modicum of human consideration and would not be helping me. I remain irreversibly convinced that SABA and their debt collection agent ZZPS intentionally neglect to send out initial PCNs in order that both companies can threaten people into paying an extortionate amount for the benefit of their greedy, self serving company owners. Racketeering alive and well in 2023. PATHETIC.

Paid for parking but received two penalty notices. Spoke with customer services, who were helpful, and I wrote a letter. Both penalty notices were cancelled. Only three stars as I had to pay for the recorded delivery for the appeal letter and they took approximately 28 days to reply. However, they do listen if you have a valid case.

I received a parking fine and have been through the appeal process. It is impossible to communicate with Indigo, they just do not reply. Currently although I felt intimidated to accept the fine I am trying to reclaim the parking fee I paid on the same day. The company appears very unprofessional and not interested in customer service. They have never answered my complaints, letters or emails. Phonecalls take at least 15 minutes and are unproductive and appear to cost 55p/min. We all need to complain to the bodies that enable these companies to exploit the public.

Always pay for parking using the app. Got a letter from a debt collector demanding £170.00 for an alleged non-payment. Use them several times a month, despite availability of on-street parking. Now can't trust them, they are con artists. will be parking on street from now on. No notification on the app that the payment had failed, nothing! 2nd time this has happened. utter scum!

Received two tickets for separate days where the ANPR camera had no video of my car leaving the car park when I collected my friend on Thursday evening. And no video of my car entering the car park when I dropped my friend off at the station on Saturday. Therefore SABA only had footage of me entering Thursday and leaving Saturday so I received the tickets as a result. Fortunately I called SABA customer services and a nice and logical guy called Luke immediately spotted what had happened and cancelled/closed off both tickets. Nice to know there are good people out there who have common sense, empathy, and don't feel the need to behave like machines.

fined for being a patient during an urgent hospital visit, during a cost of living crisis. what more can we say about the kind of people that operate these types of companies.

Never have I encountered a company so unwilling or makes it so hard to let the customer pay a fine. Tried everything and running out of options.

Paying on line doesn't work and phoning won't recognise phonetic alphabet requested for Reg No. Which they say to use. (Yes I know phonetic alphabet)

Machines to pay for parking by cash not working on the 1st September which was a national rail strike. I was sent a PCN despite having sufficient cash to pay, and there was no attendant there either. Service not very good as appeal against PCN was lost, might be better off raising it with local MP.

Joke of a company - they won't reply to appeals, so you are forced to pay before the "reduced charge period" expires. Absolutely a joke, had a monthly ticket for years, no leniency no communcation, just "give us your money thank you very much". Absolute joke.

Terrible. Tamworth train station has two machines. Tried to pay in the first machine and it wouldn't work, went to payment inserted card and said not working after rpin entered. Used the next machine and paid 6.40 for a few hours. One week later get a notice saying owe them 57 pound for not paying.

Running a making money scheme. They don’t send parking charges notice nor leave tickets on windshield. They are working alongside ZZPS Limited debt collector to scheme honest working tax payers citizen out of unpaid parking charges. How can a parking charge be paid if was never issued? Someone ought to audit them real soon!

Thieves. They have an apps that do not process the payment randomly but you receive penalty charge. Like today 28 th march when I parked a 8:15 in Sudburry town. Happened 2 weeks ago as well.

Not even worth a 1*, more like a 0* this company is so unprofessional & so unhelpful, I got charged £8.70 for parking for 15mins, when I queried this I was told I entered the car park at 6:20am & that no refund would be given, alarm bells rang straight away as I hadn’t parked there till 4:20pm, when I went back with video evidence showing where my car was parked at the time they say it was I’m told still no refund will be given. Absolute joke of a company scamming everyone out of money!

I've been penalised because their payment apparatus is useless junk. The digital screen told me that I had nothing to pay. A fortnight later I receive a threatening letter telling me I am fined £100.

Horrible company. Fined me for the most ridiculous reason. Happened in Broadgreen hospital.

Well 0 stars actually. Received 2 automatic parking letters supposedly with photos of my car on each day of the supposed offences. The photo were exactly the same for both offences. The time of the supposed offence in letters is a morning and evening ( I didn't park in the car park all night I was dropping my partner off and collecting him both days as I have been doing for 2 weeks the system is obviously falsely assuming I am parking overnight) I have now been sitting on your phone system initially for 25 minutes trying to get an answer. I was then cut off whilst waiting for him to investigate. The phone line went dead. I am now on hold again 13 mins and counting. Do you pay for time wasted? or therapy ?

I cannot believe what this company charge to park at my local hospital. If it isn’t already enough of an issue to have regular appointments, their bays are tiny, there is zero room to manoeuvre around the car park, nearly £8 for 2.5 hours. Try getting out of a normal size saloon car at 8.5 months pregnant in their greedy, measly sized bays, they are the parking equivalent of the cartel

Most uncaring company ever! Just want to take peoples money even when minor mistakes are made. Disgusts me that these companies don't have any morals when the nation is financially on its knees. Our company pays money for season tickets and a minor error in putting the right registration in isn't even considered, when it's obvious what happened . Another Money making machine, profiting out of other peoples hardship. Disgraceful company ...
