owner is one of those restaurants which though not big in size, seem to pack more people into it on a Saturday night than some of the bigger places in town. Whether this is due to the effervescent nature of its owner or the quality of food is up to you to decide. Personally I think its a bit of both. The North Indian food they serve is among the best in town and the gravies have just the right amount of cream and butter. Their Swiss steak on the other hand is amazing and rivals OP's and Kobe's. With all popular beverages available and an amazing host the night is always young at Desmonds. Do sample the dessert counter before you leave. You will not regret it.

This place is amazing. We visited at around 1 pm and stayed till 3:30pm almost. The staffs are super courteous and fun. They carefully listened to our orders and did great job in all the dishes.

It's just one of a kind experience here. It had been on my list since years and finally managed to make it here. The soups were jus too good and the best was the way they were served. Now I know this place is not famous for the special ability of all the staff but also for the good food they serve. From soups we went to starters and they were good too. The restaurant was completely full with a long waiting queue outside. It had an amazing yet a simple vibe to the place which made the evening even more special. A great experience and some amazing food.
